My goal for all of my students is to have the recruiting process so automated that really the only thing you need to be doing is responding to emails in a genuine way. Meaning with our AI system, we can send emails out, you know, to a lot of different schools from our own Gmail account in a genuine way, which is very special. Your highlight videos, I edit those for you so you don't have to edit those. The only thing you really have to— and they all get automatically organized. Every time they go to your Gmail account, they get put in Chapter 6, they get put on a date, Your showcases, they're all put in our calendar. So we're basically trying to automate you like a business. And what you've done really well, which just makes me really happy, is you've done everything I've asked you. So it's pretty much automated. So now the only thing we have to do is something that no one else can do. Like someone else can make a video, that's just editing. Someone else can write a generic email. We've sorted that out with our systems that I have in place. Now the only part you have to spend time on is the part that only you can do, which is what top businessmen do, is everything else they outsource so that way other people can do, say, make coffee or do laundry or whatever, make food. But the stuff that only they can do is what they spend time on. So the only stuff you can do is play soccer. The only thing you can do is choose if you like the school. I want all your time being spent on that, nothing else. Which is great.
