Best kept secret that most families fail to recognize during the college athletic recruiting process. You want to play college athletics? I will tell you, every single coach, the first question they're going to ask you is, how are your grades? Wrong.
They're not going to ask you what your grades are. They already know your grades because you email them and they already like you. What they're going to ask you is, who else are you being recruited by? And you can talk to any college coach and I will guarantee you that's what they will say. They want to know that they are sure that you are good enough. Even when I talk to students to work with me, I, first question I say to them is, how many phone calls have you had with other schools? Because I just watched their video and I have an opinion. But if other coaches confirm my opinion, or the lack thereof my opinion, so if the student says I haven't spoken to anyone else, now I'm like, well, maybe you just played lucky in those games. Maybe you're not really that good. But if the coach or kid says to me, I've already had 5 phone calls with other Division I schools, then even if I don't think he's Division I, Now I'm thinking maybe he is. So that is the number one question they ask you. If you want to know what you need to do in the recruiting process, give me a call. Links in the bio. Talk to you soon. Goodbye.
