If you're an American not living in the United States, or you're not living in the United States and you're not American and you want to play college soccer, here are the 3 things you should do. Number 1, if you are an American and when you tell coaches you're an American, they will understand that you understand the college process. On the other hand, if you are not an American, you need to change your email and make it very different. Now when you write your initial email, it's very different to the American kids here. You cannot just say I play for X team because the college coaches traditionally don't know those teams. They're not going to trust it unless they see you in person. You're Your email needs to say, how is your club comparable to that of the United States? So you have to literally say a version of, I'm playing for the highest level team, youth level in Germany, which from what I've been researching is equivalent or near MLS Next or ECNL. Number 2, you must come to the United States. You are not going to play college soccer without coming to the United States for a camp. So if you're playing in 2nd or 3rd division, Spain, Germany, or whatever, you're— or England, you're not going to get recruited unless you come to a camp. The other thing you have to be careful of is many of you work with agencies. You don't need the agencies. You can do this through your own emails and your own video if you know how, and that's kind of what I do. If you want more help, give me a call, link in the bio. Talk soon, bye.
