After a good phone call with someone interested in you, keep momentum by sending video updates and texting regularly, including holiday messages. Texting keeps you in their daily phone use; disappearing for months kills the spark.

It's fantastic that you've had a call. Now what you need to do is understand that this is now an updating process, right? Basically what they've done is they told you that they have a crush on you, and you hopefully have a crush back on them. And if you just don't talk to them for 6 months, they're gonna assume that you no longer like them, and then all of a sudden it's gone. So you cannot lose the momentum of this phone call. So what you need to do is you're going to have to send them updates with video. As much as they like you, they still want to see video of you, see that you're working hard and improving. And you're going to want to ask them how they're doing. Text them Thanksgiving, have a great Thanksgiving. Text them at Merry Christmas. Do not just disappear just because you got a phone call with them and now you just think it's done. In order of the best, the best goes texting, second goes phone calls, third goes email. The only reason I say that is phone calls are also still so good, but when you're texting with this coach, you're like, you know, that's their personal phone number. They talk to their wife or their husband on that phone, and now they're also talking to you. So it's a really big deal. You have to keep texting them.
