Hey coach, I'm not getting any college coaches to notice me. What am I doing wrong? Well, let me take a look at your email. Okay, well, first of all, you have everything in a block paragraph. This is way too long. And honestly, while you're a good soccer player, you're really not good enough for UCLA or Stanford, and it looks like you're only sending it to those coaches. Yeah, but those are the only schools I know, and those are the only schools I want to play at. If I don't play at those schools, then like, what's the point? College soccer is not even that good. Okay, well, if you actually feel that way, that college soccer is not that good, then at least from the recruiting process, there's a good chance you're not going to get to play college soccer. Can you imagine your high school game being your last game? Are you okay with that? What do you mean my last game? I can play more soccer after high school. Yeah, you can, but it will be your last competitive game that means something. You can keep playing after high school, but those games really won't mean anything. Well, when you put it like that, of course not. I have to keep playing after high school. I love this. This is my life. I am a— Soccer player is who I am. Well, we'll get into like you identifying as a soccer player. That's its own problem. But if that's the case, you really love soccer, then you definitely don't want it to be your last game. Okay, well then what should I do to get college coaches to notice me if you say I can't go to the UCLA's and the Stanford's? Well, you still are a really good soccer player, and I'm not actually even saying that at some point you couldn't play for UCLA or Stanford, but you can't start off emailing those schools. It's really competitive. So who should I start emailing? Well, you have to create a list and think about where you might want to go to school in addition to. And to create that list, it matters about what you want to major in, your grades, and also you need somebody to tell you what level you are. Will you tell me what level I am? Yes, I will. I'm the College Talk Guy, and I help you play College Talk. If you want more help, give me a call. Link's in the bio. Bye.
