In this brief segment, the speaker explains the three NCAA divisions (I, II, III) and advises families to promptly complete the NCAA Clearinghouse registration, which costs about $200. He notes that the clearinghouse number takes 2–3 days to be issued and is rarely urgent for coaches, emphasizing that the registration does not determine recruitment outcomes. The overall message is to treat the clearinghouse step as a simple, non‑critical administrative task.
NCAA Recruiting House, and it can make you go, oh gosh, what is that? Just to be clear, it basically— you just pay it. People often go, there's— they're separated. There's Division I, Division II, and there's Division III. I just tell all the families, just fill them all out. It's $200 and you're done. Don't think about it. Eventually the coaches may request what's called your NCAA Clearinghouse number, but it doesn't come for a minute, and it's never really urgent. Meaning if they say, what is it? Just go fill it out. You'll get it in a couple days. But there is like a 2 to 3 day delay before you receive it. So it's an obvious thing to just go fill it out. But again, it doesn't like determine whether you get recruited or not. Otherwise, that is it, I would say, from my end.
