This is a day in my life as a D1 soccer player. I'll show you everything I eat in a day and a look at a normal student athlete schedule. Wake up this morning was pretty early at 5:50. Made my bed, brushed my teeth, and was out the door pretty quickly to head to training. Team practice is at 8 in the morning, but I like to get there an hour and a half before just so I could do my morning routine. After I put my stuff down in my locker, I head over to the training room to start my day with a cold plunge. Once I finish my cold plunge, I head over to the team lounge and get my script sharing for the day. And once I'm done reading, I make myself my quick pre-training meal, some bananas and granola. After I eat, I typically do a quick little mobility warm-up before heading over to training. Middle of February in The weather in PA has not gotten any warmer. Had a good session today. The guys definitely pushed the fitness and we were all gassed afterwards. After practice, I cooked myself up some breakfast— some eggs, toast, blueberries, and oatmeal. It was unbelievable. I was starving. Then once I put my breakfast down, I headed over to my first class of the day, CE. After class finished, I had to walk back over to the locker room because we had a team meeting. Came into the locker room to find Carson flexing his fit. Then after our meeting, I grabbed a quick lunch of some chicken, some green beans. Did the job. And from lunch, I headed over to our team lift. Hard morning session and a hard lift. Great way to end the week. And from lift, the boys headed over to the dining hall dinner as a team. After dinner, I went back to the room, and that wraps up the day.
