Collin Soccer doesn't let you meet your coach before paying because they do extensive setup work upfront. If you're unhappy after the first call, they'll either assign a new coach or refund you completely.

Naturally, that's a very reasonable ask because, right, you're going to invest some money and you're going to work with us. The way we do it is this: if after your very first call you're unhappy with your coach, we will find you a new coach if you don't vibe, or we'll fully refund you. The reason you can't talk to your coach before paying us is because we do a lot of upfront work before the initial call. We want to make sure that we have your Google Drive ready and your school's ready and your class is ready. Before we speak with you. So the only reason we don't allow that is because we do all this upfront work. But like I said, if after the very first meeting you're unhappy, we will just fully refund you.
