I never let OCD make any decisions for me. So just facing the ocd, deciding to stay strong in the face of that struggle has helped me the most. But, yeah, definitely, erp. And just having that belief, like whatever OCD is trying to tell me to do or not do, whether it's maybe you shouldn't get married, maybe you shouldn't have a baby, maybe you shouldn't take that job, maybe you should quit your job. Whatever it's telling me to do, I never listen to it and I do the thing anyway. So even if I'm really, really struggling, I always remind myself to do the thing anyway. Just go for it, stay strong, and it will pass.
