My name is Kevin, and I am.
Here today to discuss how Danielle's Heal.
My Relationship OCD course has really benefited me.
I've gone to other therapists and they.
Have been complete failures. I've wasted years, six years that I.
Can never get back.
And going to something that works, that Danielle has, her methods work.
So you're on the right page if you're doing this yourself.
Exposure is great because it's essential to.
Healing your OCD and it just makes.
You a better person.
Then I want to talk to you about the compulsions and her idea of getting them down to zero at all times.
Labeling them when they show up really benefits you. Just being able to label it, call.
It what it is, and move on with life.
So stop listening to the fear, because the fear is just fear.
And at the end of the day, it's irrelevant.
It doesn't matter.
And the final piece, I want to.
Tell you the best of it all, is that you can take back your life. You don't have to just keep listening to this for the rest of your life. You can take it back.
And that's the best part.
My life was different before I met Danielle.
I knew that somebody that had OCD.
That actually could solve their own problems, they could help me solve mine.
So that's why I chose to go with Danielle.
And then I did it, and over.
Time, it did work.
So I couldn't be more happy with the way things played out because I.
Stopped wasting time and I started fixing problems.
Her flexibility in this program to grow.
It, your own pace is wonderful because it's really convenient.
There's so many resources on YouTube, on Facebook. She's got group coaching calls twice a week. She has one on one therapy, meditation groups. You can email her, she'll give you a response back. You can print out materials, put them in a book. Things are so convenient, you're not going to get them anywhere else.
