So before I found Danielle, I was still suffering from anxiety. I had gotten a lot of therapy here in Denmark, but it wasn't really compulsion based or it wasn't focusing on compulsion. So I was still very anxious and did a lot of compulsions that I didn't even know about.
And yeah, I just, I worked through all those compulsions in my relationship and started committing to my boyfriend.
Go all in and I was ready to fully commit. I'm very, I'm. I was very proud of myself and I still am. So I became a lot more strong, stronger version of myself because of this whole experience and the right tools, mental tools, if you will.
So it helped me in so many ways and today I'm, yeah, I'm so much more strong and I am.
Yeah, just a healthier place. I'm looking forward to the future and I know how to deal with the anxiety when it comes along and when it gets triggered and to walk towards the anxiety instead of avoiding it. So after working with the Daniel, both one on one, but also with the path membership that I bought, I learned to finally commit to a relationship. I've always had a fear of commitments and I know that, but it's, it was just I didn't know what to do, how to do it. So she really taught me how to do it. And finally I did commit to my relationship fully and I was ready to have kids and all in which I hadn't really done before. Just become more like self aware and self confident and bolder. I think that's probably the main thing I learned, is to be bold and to go towards the anxiety instead of running away from it. So yeah, it's really changed. It's changed my life actually to the better and to a more stronger version of myself. And I'm very grateful for that. So I would say go for it and sign up right away if you, if you feel like I felt.
With all this anxiety and intrusive thoughts and commitment issues and so on, because it's just a game changer and I'm just sad that I didn't found Danielle before.
Not really sad because that's part of my story. But it would have been nice to have the right help when I needed it and I didn't have to walk around for seven years with this amount, with that amount of anxiety that I had. So if you're wondering if this is the right thing for you and you feel like rocd is probably what you suffer from.
I would sign up right away just to get the right tools to commit to your relationship and to deal with these thoughts and compulsions that you probably have that you don't know about it. So it's been a. Yeah, it's been a life changer for me.
