Most trainees stop sets too early. Push each set close to failure, where the final rep slows down noticeably. Master technique first with lighter weight, then add load. This alone transforms results in six months.

99% of you guys making this one mistake upon correcting it, you can actually 10x100x the results you can create for yourself in the next six months. The only one thing that you need to adjust is based on the mistake I made when I first started training and also with majority of the gentlemen. The ladies I'm working with when coaching is pushing yourself hard enough in your sets. Near failure sets is what you want to be aiming for. If the speed of your rep of the last rep of your set is basically looking like the same speed you had for your first rep on the same set, it's way too easy. Instead, I want to add more weight on butt and this is a big butt. Technique always comes first. So if you're just starting out, then obviously go down and wait and keep it light.
