In this brief video, Dave Frosty, standing in Copenhagen, marks the 390th consecutive day of his daily cold‑water plunge routine. He notes that reaching the plunge spot required a roughly 12 km walk that day, and he takes the moment to wish viewers a Merry Christmas and a pleasant holiday. The clip serves as a personal holiday greeting combined with a milestone update on his cold‑plunge practice.
