Hello, amy.
Hello, Brian.
4:30Pm Monday afternoon. Can you believe it?
I can't believe it. It's. What?
It's. What time is it? What? And just so you know, I'm leaving in two days for spring break, so I'm going to try to be here and be present with you, but. Right. My bag's already packed, my flip flops are on, and I'm in another place, but I'm going to be here.
Now I'm deli. But only a little bit because like, two weeks after you get back from your fabulous vacation, I go on vacation.
Cheers. That sounds like a podcast we just had about adventures.
And no, it's weird. It's like we inspired ourselves to take off and go to another. Oh, yeah, we talked about this. You're going to Hawaii. I'm going to Tulum. Old news.
Oh, yeah, that's two podcasts ago. So what are we going to be talking about today? Let me see here. All right, that is a little clue about where we're going to be talking about. So I will give you.
I will give you 1960s Star Trek movies.
That was not Amy belching.
I wish it was. Can you imagine if I belched out, like, calming frequencies? Honey, bring me another beer. I need to calm the crowd down.
And if the world could do that, we could just have sparkling this belching. Okay, so that, in fact, was actually a gong and we Are kicking off with that because we're gonna be talking about frequencies and its impact in health and wellness and getting curious about frequencies. Getting your jam on it.
Talking about frequencies. I have a frequency app that I downloaded because as we get into talking about frequencies, we're gonna learn a little bit more about the reality of em. But there's a lot of them online and you can. They say it's a certain frequency. Bring up the frequency app and you actually test it to see where you're actually. Are you really hitting love frequency or are you hitting the healing and detoxing frequency?
Why is yours keep showing up spicy and mine's like compassionate? What's.
I don't think there. I don't know what the different lines are. I don't think I'm the blue. Why do you assume I'm the spazzy one?
I'm not assuming that's what the frequency line is.
Belch, call, vibration. But I'm the spazzy blue one.
I'm looking at the line right here.
Yeah.
So I'm assuming that's you.
No, that's me right there. But I do, I think because I'm have a higher pitch voice.
That's right.
So we're looking at an app. I don't even know what this app is called, but you can download a. An app to tell you quality of sound so you can test and see if you are accurate when you're yelling at your kids to be quiet. And you can even show them data that says, see, this isn't quiet street or normal conversation. You're like decibels too high. But you can also tell what frequency they're talking.
That's a good one for kids. If we can get them to understand. Like I said, they. They talk at a whole nother level.
Oh, it's so loud.
My oldest is going through a thing yesterday, and we were just trying to give her like, love and affection and compassion. And we're just trying to be like, hey, do you want to talk about it? Stop it. You're smothering me. You're yelling at me all the time. And meanwhile, our tone is, you know what? I understand you're hurting, and I don't know what's going on. If there's anything we can do. Stop it. You quit yelling at me. You're smothering me. You're just in my space.
Oh, my gosh. Poor teenagers. Of course she's telling all her friends. My parents are so annoying. They're always like, why don't you just calm down? Tell us what's going on. She's completely telling us. That's a whole nother podcast. We'll talk about how to talk to your teenagers. But maybe we should play her some gong music and some frequencies.
I'm gonna go buy her a gong. Look at the size of this guy's gong. Look at this. This gong is. That's a huge gong that I don't even understand. And he barely hits it and it goes. Look at that. I'm gonna see if. I don't know if you can.
Commercials. They Free commercials for pizza.
Let's get serious about frequencies here. So I have been. We're not going to get into energy medicine. But let's just talk about frequencies. Because sound frequencies specifically and color technically light frequencies too. But sound frequencies go back thousands. Thousands and thousands of years to traditional in. In. In Chinese medicine. In Egyptian culture. Monks. Monks from chanting the all.
I think we talked about this once. Like the. Even like the. There's all the. There's a. In several. Like in Catholicism in Christian prayer. They're all held within this same type of vibrational frequency. Like the monks the Egyptians. All of those have along the same. You're gonna have to say it.
Solfeggio frequencies.
They're all in that six. Six. What is it? There's a series of six electromagnetic musical tones. There's a question basically just means there's six level of hertz that they're measuring that creates the solfeggio.
I like how you. But actually solfeggio. So where. When did that get picked up that term solfeggio. Was that a person?
I don't know that one. I. We didn't research this. Why didn't you research.
Because really is this piggybacked on? Because things have been around for thousands of years and then somebody claims and puts a flag in it that these are their frequencies.
Yeah.
So back then they couldn't measure frequencies per se. Like they didn't have an app like you have. But they really. People thousands of years ago believe that certain tones and frequencies resonated with them at a. With their spirituality.
Well what were the Egyptians. They have you. Everybody has a soul vibration.
A soul song.
Soul song.
I want to. We're gonna. Everybody. That's gonna be the takeaway for today. Everybody needs to find your soul song.
All right. And we're gonna also. I think that'd be awesome. I think that's fun. There's not a whole lot of hard science at the moment to full fledged back it up. But I do want to point out that there just recently came up Western science technology that proves meridian lines are actually real and auras are real. And now that science has caught up with 3,000 or 10,000 years of Chinese medicine, now science proves what used to be considered like alternative or Woo. Woo. So I just keep an open mind that we find out more and more every day. We find out more and more about vibration. We find more and more about just light vibration, all of it, with all.
Due respect to the fda, time tested for thousands of years, all due respect, over 10 years of clinical trials and whatever for. Then 10 years later, we find out that there isn't. And again, the great thing, this podcast, just for some of those who are just jumping and listening, is just getting people to be curious. We're exploring the world of things that can be beneficial for your health and wellness. Things can be beneficial to us to help us grow and live our optimal lives and without any side effects and negative consequences. And so it's just really about getting curiosity and listening to your body. So we can take this to a baseline of when you listen to certain music, how does it make you feel? Yeah, it's those tones and frequencies and that accompaniment of accompaniment. Thank you. Of those other sound and frequencies that make you feel a certain way. So ultimately, listen to how you feel or if you're standing near somebody and all of a sudden you're just like, I don't know, I just get a bad vibe off that person. That's your body picking up other frequencies that are around you.
Yep. And I think as science continues to advance, we're probably gonna tap in more to what people innately pick up on already.
Yeah.
But I do, I think it's funny with the music part, you know, I know, like, I have a really great client and he loves, like heavy metal and he's. I find it relaxing. And I was like, I can't play that during our sessions because there might be other people that might care. But I've just always. And how typically, what. Classical music should calm you down. And I remember when I was learning to drive, I was listening to classical music and it would make me so crazy and intense. I would feel it like, I would feel the music so much. It was so crazy that me driving to classical music was not healthy. It was not like I was like driving, like the music. And so I just think it's interesting, the different types of music and the rhythm, the vibration, the whatever just resonates with people differently and brings up a feeling that, who knows, Is it a memory? Is it A vibration? Is it a cadence? What is it that people are picking up on that they find a certain level of sound relaxing or energizing for stressful.
Yeah it's. Yeah, it's interesting. I wonder there should be a study on like people the heavy metals relaxing. Classical music music to you is not relaxing because there's some people who it's like you give them something let's just say valerian root. Right. Which is supposed to be this calming for some people it actually creates anxiety. Just an example. I wonder if it has to do with your frequency in relationship to that frequency that just your yours is at a different place than everybody's at this different level and the impact of that frequency on you. Or could it also be.
Looking to.

The friction or resistance of that frequency trying to change or transform or bring your energy bumping up against yours. Yeah, bumping up against. So it's trying to make a change and yours is. I'm not having that. I do not like that. I like that exactly where I am.
I did read something when we were talking about this and prepping a that talked about the solfeggio frequencies and the six different hertz that are in there and that they each represent a certain level or connection. We'll talk about that as we go but it was. They did. There was a thing that said that people who didn't that they could get a headache or even feel nauseous depending on the certain frequency and that used usually an indication of almost like a detoxing effect on their body if their body was resistant or really meeting frequency when it. When they were talking about like the potential healing properties of it.
That makes sense.
I found that very intriguing.
I always think about the so like with solfeggio and again I feel like we're giving Solfeggio, all the credit here. I don't even know where in the timeline we should pull that up on where the solfeggio comes into this. Because just. Let's just talk frequencies in general. Whether a frequency. Now is the frequency being emitted by a gong.
Any.
It can be in any instrument. Right. Can you can make it resonate at a certain frequency. Muscle light, electromagnetic fields. There's other things that resonate frequencies and we can go into a little bit later. Gamma rays, Tesla, Tesla, frequent frequencies, rife frequencies. But in short, though, here's the great thing. What I think about frequencies when I'm in my infrared sauna, meditating. I got the infrared sauna. It's an opportunity for me to lay down and meditate. And I have the Bluetooth to the infrared sauna. So it's super easy for me to play either like a gong bath or solfeggio frequency. I usually just do a. It's a 52, 528 frequency, which is the healing of the DNA RNA level.
Is that one.
It's healing? Yeah, it's supposed to be 28.
So the way I remember love restores equilibrium and repairs DNA.
So we're at 5280 mile high. Oh, yeah. So just take off a zero. So I use that one because I can remember it. But usually there's always like a singing bowl or a gong something incorporated in that. It's not just like a random frequency. But here's my thought about it. I need all the freaking help I can get.
Like, why not?
It does not hurt me to play it. Why I'm already meditating, why I'm already laying in the infrared sauna. And guess what? There is a chance, whether I believe it or not, there's a chance that it could be having a beneficial impact on my body. Now the biggest thing for me is I actually like the sound of it. So if I didn't like it that whatever that sound was, then I would totally throw it out the window. It helps bring me down. I vibe with it and just get curious. Play with your frequency.
Okay. But even if it is a placebo effect, like, why not?
Why not? Yeah, no side effects and could be instantaneous.
And I like the sound. So when I was doing the. The frequency and listening to stuff earlier, because all this brought up was they said, they said you can go on YouTube and have all the. The different solfeggio frequencies and you can play them. And somebody was making comments that they weren't accurate. And if you downloaded an app, you could tell if you're really listening to this frequency. And of course I had to go do it. And so I was listening to that. So I listened to all the ones that were on this one website and then I had my little speaker play it and just pick something. And I was just listening to the difference one and then I was playing with other noises and like dinging stuff and hitting stuff and like seeing where what would spike and really awful sounds like screeching, clinging, clanking would go up to 12, 1800 hertz or whatever.
Where'd you come up with the screeching sound?
I was making that. Yes. I was just testing the app.
Let's test it. What was it accurate first?
I have no idea. But it was annoying.
So did the recording you were playing, was it showing what it. The. The.
That frequency on most of the things I had on that website was. It would bounce back and forth. It wasn't like you're listening to this one frequency. I think when you call up whatever the app is or device you're using for the solfeggio, I think those tend to. I don't know. Feo.
I could be pronouncing it wrong. I don't even know.
It hits it to a. To an extent. And so it would go up or down and up and down. So let's say you're listening to one that said it was 528 hertz. It didn't stay at 528 hertz. It fluctuates.
It's actually if you listen to it. I have listened to this a lot. It is a study background frequency within that there's music engulfed around it. Does it. So you might hear this.
How are you doing? Let's see what you did. Go ahead.
Am I hitting so F?
Yeah, you're not.
Damn it.
Oh, you were. You were at the. You were 300 high. Three hundreds.
Oh, what is that?
Transforming grief into joy and guilt into forgiveness.
Do you feel happy right now?
I am so happy.
Do you feel guilt free?
I feel totally guilt free.
That's actually fun to play with.
It is. It's pretty interesting. And I think it's interesting you and I when we're talking. I can't really tell what the little numbers are doing here, but it's really fast. It is really fast. And. But we spike between five and seven and 400. But five, I think we're sticking right around that.
Five feel like a positive range to me.
I feel like it's very positive.
It's very positive. So this is a side note. And don't think I'm crazy, but. And again, this is just an example of like, why not. My wife was fighting her cancer.
Yeah.
I actually would play it on my phone.
Yeah.
I put my phone over the tumor. Now here's the deal. She didn't really like me to do that. So I would have. If it were my body, I would have put headphones on there. You know what I mean? Like, why not like you're laying there.
Because then you gotta ask for the EMF things like there's counterbalancing it like your Bluetooth and your Damned if we do. I know it's hard. Can. We were just gonna have to have the little mariachi band that comes in and plays a certain frequency. So it's all clean and healthy for that.
Mariachi is a whole nother level of.
Frequency that would be fun to check out.
I bet the Egyptians love mariachi.
Probably. Who started it?
They started everything. So yeah. So there is. So we're talking about sound frequencies specifically, but light also emits frequencies. And there's a lot of stuff around color therapy. There's actually a fun word, I really love this word.
Neuro one.
Yeah. Where's it at? We're gonna find this real quick. Cause I really.
Neuroesthetics.
So yeah, so neuroesthetics. This was actually an article that came out today that is a study around Alzheimer's and how neurosthetics affects and can benefit any damage being caused from the Alzheimer's. And so again, they're starting to.
They're to starting.
There's more and more people and groups and organizations that are doing these studies. But again, if you're listening to sound and looking at colors and you're looking at art and you're, you're doing all the things that's accompanied in neuroesthetics. Like it's been around, by the way, for thousands of years. And I'm glad we can still find a way to come up with some new words for it. But color therapy, sound therapy, art therapy is color therapy.
Same similar thing. But art therapy is different. But neuro aesthetics. Yeah. It's like what's around your environment, what's connecting activating neurons in the brain and what area of the brain's being stimulated. There's a lot of research on that. Music therapy, sound therapy, not necessarily frequencies and vibration, but there are certain levels of sounds and music that it's helping with long term memory. There's more study that needs to be done because the study pool has been small. But I think we're gonna see quite a bit of research come out in the next few years on exactly how deep this goes.
I feel like there's been a ton with kids over the years with Sensory Integration Disorder, adhd, stuff like that. I think that there's been a bunch. And again, I think we have to bring it to what's applicable to us in our lives. It's great to hear of all these disorders and disease and stuff like that, on how we can benefit from it, but if this is something we shouldn't take advantage of, we should really think about. So I don't know how often you go in your closet and you go to pick shirt out, and I'm just like, I need makeup. And you pick something like, I need that color because I feel a little down. I need to feel a little up. And it helps bring that color help bring you up. Or I need to feel a little cozy and comforted because I feel like I'm not nourished. Do you know what I mean? So it's funny, we mindlessly go in there and just do it. Stop and go, oh, I'm picking this because maybe I want to feel more joy today or more. More spark. And why haven't I been feeling.
Yeah, when I went through, I think it was Zen. The Zen shiatsu classes, they talked about organ relationship to colors that you're attracted to. The colors you're attracted to are often indicating the type of organ you're actually supporting.
Based off Chinese medicine.
Yeah, absolutely. I thought it was crazy. Nuts, by the way, that's not what I went to Boulder to learn, but that's what I learned. And now I find it very.
What did you think you were going to learn in Boulder?
I don't know. I was just a Texas girl coming here to help people with trauma healing. And I thought it was scar tissue, like injuries and surgical. And it was totally all emotional that I learned way more. I mean, I learned a lot of my sports. I loved Boulder School of Massage Therapy. It was fantastic. And it has actually come back to serve me in more ways than almost any of my other schooling.
That was the high five.
Just go, you crazy hippie.
Go, go.
But, yeah, they talked about that. And I always thought it was interesting because when we would do sessions, you weren't allowed to talk about what you thought, but people, you. They. We were basically seeing if the energy and the Ezen Shiatsu and the things that they were picking up on coordinated with anything in you. And my. One of my areas of weakness was always kidney, bladder, and that's my family's fault. My brothers and my cousins used to leave me out and I never wanted to go pee. Didn't want to miss anything.
So no sorry family comes back to blaming your family.
Yeah, no but black.

Yeah.
Every day be totally fine. I don't need to wear every now and again I throw in a olive green.
That's a wood element. That's liver and gallbladder. But yeah so there's that. There's that which is awesome that you had that experience. And again they're pulling one system into another system. But there's other for instance rife which is another controversial frequency. But I've had tons of clients tell me that they've had great benefits. Do you know what I mean? And maybe I have some that haven't but it's a rife machine is based off of frequencies and they're. I think they're radio frequencies but each frequency they he believed that from his research correlated with the specific organs help imbalance in that organ to counter diseases and stuff. But again you have this other element in a different time and place in the world that again is trying to find another way into tapping into these frequencies and had this just like Tesla was more of electromagnetic frequencies.
Talking about Nikola Tesla not anybody controversial today.
No.
Yes.
Because their name actually is Tesla.
Entertaining. But yeah and oh, I have the quote. I did the quote.
Oh yeah, you got the quote.
I did the quote. This time if you want to find the secret of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. Nikola Tesla.
Boom, bam, mic drop.
I'm so excited when I Found that I was like I got the quote, I got the quote today.
And there it's amazing. So Tesla is clearly had great research and people really recognize Tesla and there's people that have pulled Tesla's theories into doing a lot of stuff with Parkinson's and stuff like that. We have these on western medicine now. They are using like different brain stimulators and stuff using electromagnetic frequency like these helmets that fit on you. And now they're actually using it too for people that have had cervical fusions. So they are, they have this neck collar that's battery powered but it puts a high amount of electromagnetic frequencies because it's proven to help bone grow back faster. So after you've had bone grafting or surgery. So it's again it's cool to see like here Tesla was doing this thing and even before Tesla that's still Qi. Like the Chinese came up again. We've talked about it in podcasts over and over this term Qi, which is energy and it's omniscient within every living thing. And then fast forward everything is a biomagnetic field which is now measurable. It's omniscient within every living thing. And here now we're utilizing these devices in western medicine that are electromagnetic pulse, electromagnetic devices to stimulate the body's chi to help bone grow and tendons and organ tissue and you know all this different stuff.
And this is why you have to stay open minded about this stuff. Just because science today is saying one thing. Science is an ever developing field. We don't actually know everything. It doesn't stop with what a science person did a test on and figured out that's not the end all, be all, answer to everything. Don't need to say that twice today. But I like that we're recognizing because even back when I was doing massage therapy years ago and thought I was going to go in and learn how to do really hard deep scar tissue and it walked in and there were people talking to somebody about following the pain in their body and what it felt like and did it have a color and a sensation and did the body want to do a movement? And I thought I was going to pull my hair out until I did. It was.
Was pulling your hair out, the movement?
It wasn't kicking? It was actually kicking? No, but no, I really thought and that I just thought it was crazy. And then years later I started just coming up with these ideas like I would be in physical therapy and I worked with some really great physical therapists that would be like Whatever you think. I'm really stalled out with this person. I may have told this story before but. Or made comments about this before, but it would do the. The trauma work with them and work through it and fall and it. They would come out of it and we just. We foo foo things that we dis disregard things because we think it's foo foo and because there's not some big and now trauma healing and body and somatic work huge use it all the time now. So we just. I think we have to look at this stuff and just keep an open mind, get curious, keep looking at the research. If it doesn't hurt, you try it, see how it feels and sorry. I bought one of those Tibetan bowls years ago on a little hiatus to Austin one time and I was all feeling hippie ish and went and bought one of the little metal bowls you can put water in and do the little. I love that thing. And I would use it all the time when I was studying and I would just take a break. It was just relaxing. So why not like, I think that's something to continue to work with. And there have been a lot of studies. Like there's a study about people with fibromyalgia and they did 10 treatments twice a week for five weeks with low frequency sound stimulation. And it improved their sleep, decreased their pain and allowed like three fourths of them to reduce their pain or reduce their pain medications. I don't care. Okay. And if that's a placebo thing, more power to us.
Even if it's helping you go back. Going back to an earlier podcast when we were talking about brainwaves with alpha beta theta delta, all that stuff, even if it's helping bring you from a more sympathetic state. Right. Stress state of your nervous system to a more restore state to your nervous system. That's worth it. And going back to the science thing at this point, if you're do not know that science changes rapidly and that one research article change in a year, for God's sakes, just look at chocolate. Is it good for you? Is it bad for you by now? Come on, people. Come on like it's chocolate.
The chocolate's not bad, but the metals in it might be bad chocolate.
But you know what I'm saying, It's every other year. It's like magazines are just regurgitated in research articles. I think that it's great to base something off of thousands of years of experience and build on that foundation and not say no to it. But say, why not say no? But ask why? Why? Why did they believe this? Why is it? Let's test it. What did they find? Like, clearly, tons of people are doing it. Clearly, tons of people found benefit. Clearly, tons of people still are doing it, and tons of people are still finding benefits. So let's ask the why not throw up a barrier of the no where it won't. It's stupid or whatever. Because sometimes it's the simplest things that are the right answer.
I think we're seeing that more and more. Yeah, it is the simple things that are being. Do it again. And don't foo. Some of the. I don't. I don't.
I wish I had a gong or cinnamon bolt so bad right now. So every time you said something smart, I would say.
Or every time I say foo foo. Booming. Your soda can does not. Your water can does not sting soda. It doesn't resonate. Sparkles resonate with the water that is sparkling bubbly.
I can't even talk about the brand because they're not paying us.
Oh, they should give you money. We've done this now in two podcasts, and we're gonna stop doing that for Spin Drift. No talking about people. The companies that need to sponsor us.
Oh, yeah.
What we.
What they sponsor. I would say I'm drinking this.
Oh, it tastes.
Oh, my God. The Spin Drift is so amazing. My favorite is the grapefruit. What's your favorite?
Hey, if I talk about Crush Wine, the Dreaming Tree, and would Dave Matthews come on join us on a podcast? I'm gonna talk about Crush and Dreaming Tree Wine every podcast now until Dave Matthews comes on.
Is he single? Is he single? Are you looking for a.
No. No. Dave is like the ultimate cool dude to hang out with, and I don't think he's single, but I wouldn't. That's not my point.
I would want to have a conversation with him for a long period of time before. No, he's. I love him. I actually love Dave Matthews. Some people don't, but he's a little wacky person. I would love to sit down and have a talk.
There's no way. It wouldn't be entertaining to hang out with that guy for a while.
No, he's probably at your. If I had 10 people to a dinner party, who would those 10 people be? Jesus. Dave. Matthew.
Yep.
Dr. Ruth. Look at my son.
Hooverman. Hoover.
Dr. Ruthman.
He also.
I met her once. She was like 4 foot, 11 or 4 foot. She was the cutest, most adorable little old lady at the time.
She's hilarious. Okay, back to The. We digress. I don't even know where we were.
In our frequencies talking. Actually. Okay. We are.
I don't even know where we are in our talking points here. Oh.
Can I just say this? So those of you who might be interested in frequencies and all that stuff, we actually do have an expert special guest that we're going to be bringing on that is a super cool lady that is going to dive deeper into some special components of this. But I can't tell you what it is.
It'll be fun and entertaining and relaxing. Enjoyable. But yes. So frequencies. All right. We talked about light waves, sound waves.
We talked about sound waves, pulse electromagnetic frequencies.
What are some other frequencies? Obviously radiation, people. Ultrasound. And I think. And I very much think people.
That's why I think so. Even as healthcare practitioners, let's say we have six massage therapists in our office. Every one of them are amazing in their own way.
Yep.
But sometimes it's just not a good fit. And you can't explain it. Or if I've seen a practitioner, I'm like, I don't know.
I liked them.
They were nice. But there's something just wasn't the best fit. That's why you go try another one. Because sometimes it all comes together.
Right.
It's the frequency of the.
It is, Yeah. I believe that and I think it's absolutely true.
Or the person that you're standing behind in the grocery store line and you need to take two steps back because you're like, I don't want to be that close to this person. And that's not because of their body odor at all. You know what I mean?
And I think that we're going to get more science backing as our technology catches up with the rest of us with our natural states. I think we are going to start seeing more and more testing that shows that you have a vibrational level and that thinking certain things, focusing on certain things, having a mindset in a certain way, concentrating on certain things. I really think we're going to come back and prove Dr. Emoji. Right. I'm gonna make emoto not emoji with the crystals, with the water crystals. I swear it's gonna come. They're gonna come back and prove that all correct. But I do think.

So I'm going to drop two poor man patents right now based off of your conversation. So you're involved. We are. We have a poor man patent agreement. So if anybody up with this from Today's date of 3, 20, 23, we legally own it and you have to buy this idea from us. One, a whole new world of dating. You get a reading for what your frequency is and then you can filter people out by their frequency. Level two, special little headband that just has, just tells you what your frequency is. So you're walking around and you're like, I don't get along with 6, 40 people.
Can we have.
I'm somewhere between 350 and 460.
I don't know why I'm so stuck on Star Trek with this. But what was, what was the character? He was blind and he wore the funny. And then he had the book reading show.
I know who you're talking about. Him, not a Star Trek.
Jordy.
Jordy.
His name was Jordy. Yeah. And he. Star Trek looked like a headband. It looked like one of those girl crunchy headband things that he wore over his eyes. I think we should have those instead of headbands.
Can we have two versions? Because I'm picturing an old school tennis with a modern technology headband with a little modern technology.
You know where this is going? It's going to be just like a little implant underneath the skin that lights up above your forehead.
All right, we're gonna sell it. Apple can buy that for their new watch app. It's a frequency reader. Yeah, Apple Portman patent. And it's gonna go in there and then when you're talking to somebody, you're like, okay, what's your frequency?
Let's get physical frequency. Can't stop now. This is ridiculous.
Okay, so I think our point, we might have gotten our point across. So just be curious. Pay attention to your environment. Pay attention to your colors. Pay attention to your Sound and let that prompt you to ask questions about where you're at and your emotions and what's what you're experiencing and maybe why are you picking? Because I think it's the more you fine tune and the more awareness you have and the more questions you can ask yourself and others. I think we are discovering more and more about ourselves, which has so much value in the long run and really just get curious and go try therapies that are based in general. Yeah, just take the pain in general. Have you ever had a. What if you had a therapist that.
Just had this, like, how would you do today? I'm like, oh my God.
So I noticed that you came in and you were really guarded.
Some people like that.
So your frequency. Did your frequency resonate with that?
It did not. But some people do because I see them, they are out there on social media and they have large following. And I'm always like, I don't get it. But okay, more power to you. Everybody's got their thing. But this is why we have a world that's very diverse. And you know what? That's okay.
Do you need more of a Tony Robbins frequency?
I really. No, I like Tony Robbins, but he. I actually get agitated and I know that's part of the nlp, part of it like where you yell and. But because my. I came from a slightly aggressive childhood, the yelling does not work for me.
So I'm never going to tell you. Awaken the tiger. Wicked. I'm going to say, awaken a little kitty within you.
No, I like a little bit more calm. We both like Brendan and he's got a high level intensity, meaning goodness. When I first started watching him on YouTube, I was just like, I literally can't stop watching the guy's eyes and teeth and eyebrows. Like, he is intense. He's got so much energy, but he's way. It's a different level of energy than the imposing yelling. Tony Robbins, which again, have no problem with him. I love he. He inspires a ton of people and I love what he teaches and all of that.
He's not going to sponsor us.
Tony Robbins loved us. Right. We're spreading good news and he respects people with different opinions.
So here's so real quick before we wrap this up, Joe Dispenza, like this is. He was a chiropractor, but people love him. Like, people really love him. When I talk about meditation and stuff like that, they're like, oh, do you follow Joe Dispenza? Again? He's talking like he's in line with stuff that's been going on. Principles and philosophies that have been around for thousands of years. Yeah, we. We all have a different way of framing it, putting it in a little fun little package. And really, I want to have a podcast on the power of metaphors, because that is impactful. But he puts it in a good way. And kudos. There's different voices and again, is that different people resonating with that frequency? Some people do not like Dave Matthews. I hate to say that. I know some people are fricking like fan club number one.
Yeah.
And then like, he's my mountain. When I drive to the mountains. We always listen to Dave Matthews. Live at Red Rocks was a great, great.
Because he plays odd. Odd notes or. And other things, I'm sure. But I don't get into the other stuff. I don't care.
So odd people can listen to settings.
Hey, I'll own. I'll own it. I'll own it. Joe Dispenza, he has a great book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. And it is fantastic about mindset.
Okay.
And I. I know that again, it's just interesting to see the change of things that have happened over the years because remember the secret I watched?
It was a secret nobody told me.
No. Yeah. You weren't included in the club.
I think they just came out with the secret, too.
Gosh. When. That was a long time ago. There was the secret. What the bleep. And there was another really good one that was like one of those. They filmed people, but then they did a cartoon drawing, art drawing over them.
Remember that?
It was wild. I don't think that was what the bleep. But there's another one like that. But they were all that kind of process of thinking about this ability to affect your environment and how your environment affected you and your mindset and the people you're connected to and what you could. What your potential was based off of, like, your energy and your focus and your mindset and your belief systems. And that got a lot of. It got a bad rap on many levels. Like, the science world attacked all of Em. The religious world's kind of attacked all of them. Take it for whatever you want.
But can I say something else about those real quick?
Yeah.
I also feel. I feel like anything that gets out there at least gets us to think it's us to absorb. The one thing, though, a lot of. I feel like a lot of popularity for some of those were driven by the message of how to get what you want, like how to manipulate the universe or how to get what you want.
And I didn't look at it like that. Brian. That's interesting. If you.
That if you look about a lot, it's like how to. The law of attraction, which I thought.
That was all about believing in loving yourself and calling in the things that you desire in your world because of how. Who you want to be from the inside see how different people see things.
Yeah, that's according to people I talk to, not by other sources. No.
Yeah.
I just think that sometimes. And if that's the motivation and that gets you there and then you get something more from it, then that's fantastic. But I do think that it's okay if the tagline and the marketing tagline were to how to live your happiest, best self versus how to get everything you want. Everything you want, then which one are you going to get? But again, yeah, people are going to go for the. Whatever gets you there.
Most people will probably just go for the direct. Yeah, I want everything I want in life. What's that going to do?
Yeah, I just have to write an affirmation down every day.
Oh, can we do one on that next? Or put that on our podcast list about.
We talked about the reticular activating system.
We always talk about the reticular activated system because I think you like to say the word.
I do.
Like I like it.
I do. Well, as I love to say, Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.
I could not remember that the other day, to save my life, I was talking to somebody new. How during massage or you're working on somebody you like, lose your vocabulary skills, which happens with me even outside of massage sometimes. And I just couldn't think of it. I was like, I have spent the last 10, 15 years of my life talking and saying this word and breaking down. Proprioceptive nurse. Neuromuscular facilitation. Pnf. Okay. Anyway. Okay, we keep going down the rabbit hole. Since. Let's wrap up with. Since I brought it up. The six electromagnetic musical tones, which are the sol frequencies solfeggio needs to sponsor us.
Is he or she's still alive?
No, it's. I think it's just a term. I think it's just a word from. It's like a French word, which if you spell it in the French, it can. In the. It's way easier to pronounce. Okay. But I'm going to tell you the different hertz just because I think it's interesting. So the Hertz that is 396. So everybody's gonna get their app and they're gonna start listening to music. And who talks about 396 is transforming grief into joy and guilt into forgiveness. Then 417 Hz is clears of energy or negativity and removes subconscious blockages.
Putin's been listening to that for years.
Why? You just want to fight today? All right, 528 Herds it stimulates love, restores equilibrium and repairs DNA. And 639 Hertz strengthens relationships, families, community, and unity. 741 Hertz is physically cleanses the body from all types of toxins. And 8, 52 awakens intuition and helps you return to a spiritual balance. So there you go.
That's. I love all those. And I'm really interested now. I'm not even gonna talk about one of the things I wanna talk to you about, but there's certain. I'm gonna talk about it anyway.
Apparently I'm gonna talk about.
But we'll talk about. We're gonna do a little research.
Okay.
A little side research. We'll talk about it when we're offline here. But I'd be really curious about this. I know everybody's so bad. You're just gonna have to tune in and we'll bring the research up when we bring our special guest on for next.
Oh, yeah, I'm excited about that. Yeah.
So we'll have a couple more podcasts, then she'll come on. And so stay tuned to part two of Getting freaky with frequencies.
You are. Oh, you're in something. Go on vacation, man.
