Hello everybody. Thank you for joining us on All Things Good for your podcast. My name is Brian Bowen. I'm your host today. My co host, Amy Christensen is unable to join us today. I'm going to miss her a lot. She and I, when we're not together we usually do these like little 20 minute segments, these little 20 minute podcasts. Today I'm going to get crazy. I'm going to throw something big at you. She might want to chop it up into four podcasts. I'm not sure how this is going to go. So if you don't get it all in one and that means it's there's a section one, two and three around this and so I'm going to give you a framework that I put together that I use on a regular basis in my personal and professional life. And this framework is powerful. It's huge. I'm not saying I'm the first person to think of it. I'm sure somebody else has. Maybe it's a little different, but this is my thought process and I use this framework as a litmus test to really help bring clarity clarity around certain goals, tasks, things I'm thinking about to really help give clarity, but also help me ask big questions. And it really helps me identify areas where I'm a little bit weaker in and helps me prioritize where I shift my energy to put into the process to really have a more powerful outcome, to really have as much Control and just kick, kick butt. It's awesome. It helps me kick butt. That's all I can say. I apologize. I'm on a camera, just talking to a camera and it's always weird. I like it when there's people in the background. So I like to walk and talk. So I'm going to try not to move around too much. But luckily my camera follows me a little bit. So if you're just listening to this, you don't have to worry about my dance I'm doing. If you're watching it, I hope you can hope you can track me. Okay. So a little bit about my background about myself is I'm an entrepreneur in the health and wellness space. So I've been a practitioner for 25 years. So I love to train, teach and treat people. So I'm still actively treating people with Chinese medicine, acupuncture, body engineering, egoscue, which is postural alignment therapy, health and wellness coaching, high performance coaching. I love all things health and wellness. So anything I can do to help you grow, anything I can help you do to help you evolve to your next level and live your highest level of self makes me happy. So this is kind of my gift for you because this is something that really, really helps me. And if that's my part in this world to help serve and watch people grow, it brings me tons of joy and excitement. I think about this stuff on a constant basis. Every day I'm putting information into my head. Every day I'm reading a book or quotes or listening to podcasts about personal development, health and wellness. So whether it's your physical body helping you get out of pain, moving better, mental breakthroughs and personal and professional breakthroughs, I love all things health and wellness and I hope you find something some gems in this today. Okay? I have three teenagers, I have 85 employees, multiple businesses. This podcast we do for free because I love it, but I make time to do it. And this framework is going to help you really clarify you making time for yourself for certain things that you need to prioritize. Again, maybe, maybe you're on a career, you're changing careers, maybe you have some goals or some projects you're putting into place. This is a framework that you can utilize for all that. So please make time. You're listening to this right now, are watching me. So you're doing awesome. I really appreciate it. But continue to make time for yourself, to continue to want to push and try to grow and try to evolve. So just try. First of all, I feel like we don't try enough. I'm going to go on a whole other tangent. So let's just jump into this framework. So it's P by the power of 14 equals power. So the reason I say that is because there's a lot of P's, there's 14 P's, and all of these. I feel like I could have put some more P's, but these, all these that start with P are very important parts of this whole framework that are critical in all personal and professional parts of your life that I find critical. And some of these I found critical because I didn't do a good job at them. Some I was much better at, and some I have core beliefs in, and some I had to build back in. So here's the deal. We're going to go through these 14. I'm going to tell you what they are. I want you to write them down. After you do that, you're going to take a project, maybe, whether it's a career path or just a piece of your, you know, like me doing this podcast, like, I applied my P by the power power of 14 to this to make sure it's something like I want to do right, or where could I do a better job at it. So none of this is scripted out. So part of this is is just going to free flow. And so we're just going to see where it takes us. All right? So you're going to write these down. You're going to take whatever it is, and you're going to go through each one of these and you're going to rate it on a scale of 1 to 10. Anything you rate 8 and above, not a problem. You're doing really good. Anything 8 and below needs attention. And then the ones that are below 8, you're going to rank and prioritize by the lowest score. So if everything's like a 6, 7, 8, if you had a 4 or 5, those, you're going to put more energy and priority. So it helps you really strategize and prioritize your time. Okay. And also helps you find your weaknesses. So let's just say we're putting together a project that we had an idea about. We're excited about it, and I'm like, hey, I want to do this. This is interesting. This seems really exciting. We're going to take this and apply it. Okay? So the first P is purpose. It has to meet your overall arcing purpose. You have to feel connected to it at a deep level. Okay. And for the right reasons, too. And now a Long time ago. I've talked about egotion and intuition. If there's all this thinking upstairs in your head and there's a lot of dialogue, then usually you're trying to justify why it's important. But that sense of, I just want to do it, like I want to do this podcast for you on this, these 14 P's, because it's that important to me. It connects to my purpose. Okay, so the thing that you're about to do or the thing that you're doing that you need to check in with yourself, does it meet your purpose? Are you connected to it? Right? Does it feel purposeful to you? Does it have those roots that it gives you that drive? Okay, P number one. P number two is passion, right? Because if you have strong purpose, right? And it meets that breadth of who you are or who you want to become or what the theme in your life is, or what you want to take on, then you need that passion, that spark, that desire to ignite that purpose. And you have to have purpose and passion. In Chinese medicine, it's fire water element, right? The fire is this, this passion and desire and the water elements, the purpose. And we call it the fire water access. So these things have to connect. These things have to. You have to have both to put each other in check and to ignite it. Okay, so you're going to take that thing and you're like, okay, how passionate am I on a scale of 1 to 10? So purpose. I'm a 10. I want to do this. This is amazing. I'm all in, 100%, no questions asked passion. You know, I could be a little more passionate about it. Maybe. Maybe you're like, you put yourself at an eight, okay, so you're still excited. How can you bring that eight up? What can get you more excited? Sometimes it's not having some of these other things backed underneath of it to support you. And once you have that, then you're more excited and more passionate about it because you feel more confident moving forward in it, right? So sometimes working with these other things will increase that passion level because you have a stronger foundation, right? You have more self esteem, you can step into it. You have more courage, you can step into it. Okay? So number one, purpose. Number two, passion. Now, I'm not putting these in any specific order, so this isn't like order of priority. Okay? But the top two are really important. Third one is looking to get out.
There and feel the in your hair Chevy. EVs have you covered like the blazer EV with bold style that's sure to you away. And with Silverado EV towing is a breeze with the capability to hitch up and tow with ease. And Equinox EV helps you keep moving along like with confidence. Chevrolet together, let's drive perspective.
And perspective is everything, right? And there's times where if you're stepping into this purposeful thing, you might have to change your perspective and it might be a struggle for you. You might have to get around some things, right? You might have to challenge your own thinking process. And some of our conditioning of self from our, you know, the way we were brought up, the environment, other businesses we worked in sometimes teach us things that we have to step out of. And those perspectives need to still align with your passion and your purpose. So there's going to be some challenges you're going to have that you're going to have to just change it up a little bit. Okay. And that's fantastic. And some of those perspectives you might have to reach out and get from other people and to step into that, to help you move forward into that goal, into with that purpose and passion. So perspective is very important. So remaining open and able to receive. I feel like a lot of times when I have a purpose and I'm like, okay, I'm gonna go get this, and I'm super excited and I'm open. All of a sudden these things kind of just start flowing naturally into your life. That whole law of attraction stuff, right? And that really, really, really helps. So having that perspective of being open, being fluid to the information, right? And open to the different processes that you might need in that whole piece. Fourth one is planning. And planning, I'm just going to be honest, has been one of my biggest weaknesses. So if I take all my businesses and some of my goals and I apply the P by the Power of 14 framework to these things, planning is one of my ones that keeps showing up as the weakness. I like the vision, I like the big idea, I like the creative. And honestly, I plan a lot in my head, but that planning isn't as detailed and as specific as it needs to be where it's put down on paper. And it's like, okay, we're going to do this and within this we're going to do these categories. And this is first stage and second stage. You know, we're going to do these things and here's our subcategories for that. And this is going to flow into that beautifully. And here's the pieces we're going to have to do that. So I'm good At the big idea, I'm good at putting some of the pieces together and like finding the resources, whether it's the technology that I need to do it, but sometimes sitting down and like putting that drip campaign together and you know this email is going to flow into this one or this process is going to happen first before this. This one happens. It's in my head, but it's one I am working hard on. I'm not getting paid by Mindnode, but I love my Mindnode app. It really is my flowchart. And I'm good again, really good at putting it together on the surface. But I have to drill down deeper right in myself with these different aspects because the planning is the strategy, and without the strategy, you don't have the execution. So plan, plan, plan. So that's one I rank lower on just being honest with you and hopefully I get better so I can be awesome. So the fifth one is process. Plan and process go together. You know very well. I'm stronger at the process part, can put those pieces together, but it's the little details and the little planning of how those things flow together that are a challenge for me sometimes. So we have to spend time putting together our process of everything. The process of me in one of my businesses, in my office, where I'm still a clinician, is very easy. I have that down. I have the process from your whole customer experience of when you come and the office and what my front desk and my office managers and my other staff and all of these other modalities that we bring in, those are easier for me. But when it's not a tangible and it's something that has to be done in a computer and in software programs and stuff, that becomes a little more challenging for me. So you might have a superpower there. I'm just pointing out those are two of my biggest weaknesses, I would say, in these, these 14 Ps, so process, process, process. And some people jump down to one later, but put these other two things together that they feel like is the backbone to all business. So it's a critical part of business and relationships and your personal professional stuff. The sixth one is practice. I don't know how I can say that any differently. We have to practice, practice, practice. It's all about the reps. So I could shut this video off and probably do this 20 more times and keep improving it. I'm just going to be real and just, you know, be here for this now. I don't need this to be perfect. I just want to Be honest and have this. Have this conversation with you and just throw it out there. I feel like I do this enough to where I embody these as part of my practice on a regular basis. So we're gonna see how it's gonna go. No scripts here, so practice, practice, practice. It's all about putting in the reps. Doesn't matter if it. If you're a technician in something and you have to put those reps in, it doesn't matter if it's. I just had to learn how to use streak today and relearn. How do you streak today? I guess. But if I just do that for that hour, I'm going to forget everything in a couple days. So after I do this podcast, I'm going to jump back on streak and go through a whole new email funnel and put another one through just so I have it down and keep practicing. So, you know, when you got your planning done, you got the process, you got to practice it all. You got to put all the pieces together. And those practice is going to help you refine areas where, again, you're more vulnerable in those processes. And you're kind of like, that doesn't. That doesn't work. We need to do this different. So you have to keep. Repeat, repeat, repeat. So putting in the reps can't be said enough. And it doesn't. I mean, even meditation is all about the reps. Guess what? It's hard. And things. The way things become not as hard is if you keep practicing more. For me, if I went to go hit a baseball, it would be hard. I would miss the baseball nine out of 10 times. But if I cared enough, if it was my purpose and my passion, then I would put the time in to practice, and I think I'd be pretty good. I should say golf, because I'm never going to ever try to play baseball, but I'm going to try to play golf, but it's all about the reps, right? And so if you have. If you're putting down 10 for the purpose and you're putting down 10 for the passion, then you need to support that with the practice of everything you're putting together as far as the planning is the process. So if it's something you scored low in, then again, that's where you need to put more time and energy. Okay. This is a hard one, too. My kids have taught me a lot about this, though, and having a lot of employees. Patience, patience, patience. Actually, a big lesson I'm just going to talk to you guys about for patience with me is through Covid. I took one of my classes I used to teach live for. It's called down needle therapy. And so I had momentum going. I had full classes, super excited, purpose, passion, like, all of it was there. Put together these videos, and I was doing great with my planning and my process, and I was practicing, and it was awesome. And then Covid happened, and then I shut all the classes down, and then I started to do some of them online. And to get it online, you still have to send out this different marketing campaign to get people to jump in there to buy an online course for continuing education units and all that stuff. And you're sending out these emails, and you're getting bounces, and you're getting, like, people that are like, who are you to tell me what's awesome? Like, kind of hate or just kind of negative stuff, right? And then you're getting people, you know, that are blocking you and all that stuff. And I get it because I get tons of those emails too. But it was really hard. It really hit me in the chest. It really hit me. And I had to really learn to build some calluses around that and to become patient with the process. And it's like, okay, fine, so expect out of sending 5,000 emails out, you're gonna. It's gonna dwindle down to a couple hundred, right? And so the patience of that process was painful. But I'm okay now. I got it. I learned from it. There was. We're gonna talk about pain later. And I've learned from some of that pain, so I'll pull that back in. And so it was almost like the feeling of, you know, rejection, you know? So I was becoming impatient around and annoyed with the whole thing. And so I had to, like, I ranked really low on that. So I'm like, okay, why am I impatient? So here's why. I feel rejected. I feel not worthy. I feel like you start having that, you know, this imposter syndrome stuff that we hear about where it's like, well, who am I to teach? Maybe I'm not good at this. Maybe that's a sign from the universe. And it's like, all that's bs, so put yourself in check. And I'm like, okay, it's just a numbers game. Like, I get bombarded with emails. I know how it feels. So I'm just going to exercise some more patience. Took my four up to an eight. Still not perfect, but I'm doing much better. Persistence, I am good at. So that's your eighth p persistence. So just to go back. Purpose number one, not in any specific order. Passion. Number two, perspective. Number three, planning. Number four, process.
Looking to get out there and feel the in your hair. Chevy EVs have you covered like the Blazer EV with bold style that's sure to you away. And with Silverado, EV towing is a breeze with the capability to hitch up and tow with ease. And Equinox EV helps you keep moving along, like with confidence. Chevrolet, together, let's drive.
It's number five, practice. Number six, patience. Number seven, persistence. Number eight, we have to stay persistent. If your passion's there and your purpose is there, then you got forward momentum right there. But you gotta ignite it, right? You have to ignite it. You have to have those things together and you got to take those action steps. You got to keep moving it forward. And then you hit things like the rejection or you hit other challenges that you might have. Whether, like for me, it was getting approved for continuing education provider for this new needle technique. I had to spend a lot of time and just keep grinding away at it and write papers and shoot videos and do demonstrations and all these things. But if I would have given up because it was hard, if I would have given up because I didn't have the time, if I would have given up because I was tired of rejection, if I would have given up, then I wouldn't have made that breakthrough and I wouldn't have had those things. I wouldn't have had years of teaching amazing fun classes with amazing fun practitioners that I got to hang out with in different countries and here in these states. And it brought me. I just love, it really showed me how much I love to teach. So I would have not have got to have that experience if I would not have stayed persistent. So it can be hard, but that's. That's what makes and breaks you a little bit. That's where we have a lot of people. They drop off. So if you're super passionate about something and you have a ton of passion and purpose behind it, then it's gonna be hard a little bit. It's not always going to be easy. You're going to have challenges, but you got this, okay? Stay persistent, Right? Believe in it. If you believe in it, it'll happen. Stay optimistic. All right, number nine, pivot. So I'm good at pivoting. So this is. I like to talk about this a little bit in Chinese medicine as the wood element, too, because pivot is how we move with the resistance and some of the, like the winds of life blown at Us. And it's like, how do we stay grounded and flexible with it and not get pushed over or not, you know, become too timid with it and stay courageous? And how do we be able to see, you know, how we have to move and navigate our way around situations? And it's how we show up, right? So we can just be, like, annoyed and be a jerk and get totally pissy because it's not working out. Dah, dah, dah, and I just give up. Or you can stop and be like, well, that was interesting. So what did I learn from that? I learned that my subject line of blah, blah, blah actually was pretty crappy. So I'm going to change this or I need to change the way this whole marketing flow is, or I need to change some people in my life that's helped supporting me. Like, what is it you have to change, right? What is. It's messaging. It's the concept. It's pieces of the concept. It's, you know, what is it? But as long as your purpose and passion's there and you, again, you believe in it, like, we have to, we have to become a little flexible to be able to pivot. And again, part of it's that perspective that we have that we can clearly see things and that we're open to changes because that's going to allow us to pivot more. So if you have this non growth mindset, there's another word for that. So if you have a growth mindset, great. If you have a fixed mindset, that's the word I was looking for. If you have a fixed mindset in your perspective, then you're not going to be able to pivot as fluidly, right? So remain open. Know there's going to be some challenges. And when a challenge comes, instead of getting beat down, instead of not being persistent and just putting the brakes on, instead think about it as like, okay, I got a challenge. In a challenge, there's always an opportunity. So when you hit that challenge, right? When you hit that, instead of getting irritated or whatever, first question I want you to ask yourself is, what's the opportunity here? And by doing that, you're open. Your perspective is in a growth mindset. It's in an open place. And I gotta tell you, like, sometimes you'll look back and you're like, oh, my God, thank God it didn't happen that way. Because of those challenges, because I had those roadblocks, I was able to pivot and meet this person or change this or, you know, get exposed to this. So Pivot, Pivot. Pivot, right. And you've heard it many times in many other books. But these things work synergistically together. So it's not just all pivot, right? You have to have perspective, good perspective to be able to pivot. You have to have patience. So it's the synergy of these 14 P's that I really love. All right, moving on. Number 10 people. So again, going back to some businesses, the backbone are people and processes. So people are critical. I do not have anybody in my tight circle that I work with in my businesses that are pessimists. I love optimists. I love people who can pivot. I love people who have open growth mindset. I love people. So the people in my life are supportive to my ideas and concepts, even though they can challenge me, even though they can bring a different perspective. We're all, you know, we all have this woo way. We all have this kind of effortless movement together, right? So, you know, do you have the right people on the right bus, on your bus for the right thing? And, and a lot of times you don't. Sometimes you have to, you have to shed those people. And sometimes I'm in a place where I need to bring more new people into my life. I have this great person, a friend of mine, who I'm developing a deeper relationship with that I'm super excited about the next stage of our relationship and having some conversations because I don't have enough conversations with people as it comes, as it relates to business stuff. I have great conversations and great people in my life for like personal development and for practitioners. But when it comes down to business stuff, I need to like geek out with some people and spend time doing that. And that helps all these other things, right? Because I need more, I need fresh perspective, I need some new perspective. I need some objective perspective for my ideas as it relates to that category in business. So who are the people in your life? Do they support you? Do they not support you? Do you need to bring more people into your life? Maybe people that are. You need to network with more. More people that you need to challenge yourself in certain areas. Like, you know, so. So a self analysis of what people. So if you're only rating A4 on that, clearly you need some more work, right? And a lot of people, especially we're in a time where people work from home and there's more isolation, don't reach out. And I feel like there's this, you know, there's this kind of closed offness a little bit. So we need to, like, open back up and connect because connection is huge. So we need to connect with people and we need to connect with the right people. So that's a really good one to check in with. 11. This is one I can have some challenges with because I like to give. And it's a promise, and promise is huge. It's the little things. Whether you're promising yourself, I'm going to do something, or you're promising somebody, you're going to deliver something, or I'm going to get back with something you in a couple days, or I'm going to get that email to you or I'm going to connect you with this person. I like to be the connector. I like to do those things. But sometimes I'm, especially when I'm treating people, I'm like every 30 minutes I'm in a different room and I'm just moving around and sometimes I leave the room and I forget to write my sticky note on what I promised that person. And I need to be better at it because I suck. I suck at it a little bit. So I need. What do I need to do? Maybe I need my little sticky notes in my pocket and I need to write it down. So immediately before I leave that room or treat it like a hot potato and just go do it instantly, whatever that thing is. But it's those promises to yourself, to other people that you are, you can deliver. It's a promise that you are reliable. Right. And that again, is a huge important part to the foundation in your personal and professional life. So that's a big P. Big P. I need to work on some I3P's I need to spend more time on. Even talking about it again is my promises because I broke two of them last week on things I was going to promise to get to people, planning and process. So I don't know if you have some that's already jumping out for you. I'd love to hear them at some point. All right, moving on. Number 12, pain. And this is one that's interesting because, you know, people, we tend to move away from pain in personal development. You know, we. We like to think about growing from that pain. But there's that thing, you know, like I was recently in a stuck place and kind of not, let's say complacent, but I was not. I didn't have it. My drive was slowing down a little bit and so I had to go back and I'm like, what? You know, what was my driving force when I first started really getting into health and wellness. Like, clearly I had an idea, right? And I had a purpose and I had a passion. And then I literally created this motto, I'm not done yet. I'm not done yet. So every time I would accomplish something, I'm not done yet. Do something else, I'm not done yet. So there was this driving force that was innate. And I still say that, but sometimes my I'm not done yet is kind of like, I'm not done yet instead of like, no, I'm not done yet, right? My conviction, that spirit of it wasn't there. And so I went back into time and I went back to that self where there was some pain that some of this grew from. And I just kind of reconnected with that a little bit. And it was interesting because it really is a powerful source of fuel. And so, you know, if you can connect with some of some of that pain and turn it into fuel for you to move and grow forward, how can you turn that pain into a driving force to ignite that purpose, right? And then sometimes the pain can be more superficial. It's just the pain of sending out 5,000 emails and getting rejected, right? Like that's a pain. But how can I grow from that? How can I use that for fuel, right? So I used it for fuel when I was feeling rejected, right? And I had to like really dig into it and it's like, oh, this isn't about me. And so I was able to bolster some things with myself in that I probably break a thousand more examples, but I'm gonna try to make this not a two day podcast. So just think about where you're at in that pain, where your pain level is. And I'm not saying if you have a. I don't want you to have a ton of pain necessarily, but it's like, are you utilizing. And if you have a four, I don't want you to drive up to a level 10. But it's more about, are you utilizing pain and cultivating it and turning it into a necessary fuel to drive you? Or. Or are you just getting stagnant and moving away from that pain? So that's where the pain part comes in. Are we growing, learning, turning into fuel? And if you're not, and you're not. So if I'm kicking butt and I'm like, that sucked, that hurt. I'm going to do this instead. That sucked, that hurt. I'm changing it up. That sucked, that hurt. But you know what? I'm good with it. If you're not turning it into fuel that sucked. Now I'm going to make it better this time, right? I'm going to do much better. And I'm going to keep pushing. I'm going to show them I'm going to deliver. If you're not doing that and it's like, I don't want to do that again because it hurt too much and you're moving away from it, then that's a four. Okay. And you need to move into it more. So lean into it. The next one is. This is more business stuff, but it's price. But price is also with value. So when we're looking at if you're in business and you have a product or you have a program, you know, for me, I bring this up because I have to think about this for services we offer and stuff like that is the price of things. And when I think about price, it's. I also think about the value. So what am I delivering a value? So maybe you're not selling something or you don't have a service to offer, you don't have a program. Maybe it's just a project. So you can kind of think about that. As far as what values it. This. What value is this delivering to somebody? Right? What value is it to you? So price, slash value. The next and very Last one, number 14, should be up there with number one and two, purpose and passion. But this one, if you don't have this one, then you really need to really think about what you're doing. Number 14, playfulness. So if I'm not having fun right now doing this for you, if I'm not having fun right now having this conversation, then why am I doing it? Right? Because I want to have purpose in it. I want to have passion, but I want to have fun doing it. And so when I'm treating people, I have fun with my patients. And if my patients are listening to this right now, you know, we have fun. And that is everything. I don't want to go to work or go work on a project or start a project where it's not enjoyable, it's not fun. So the three P's that you have to have out of all 14 of these are purpose, passion, playfulness. And if it doesn't meet, if what you're doing doesn't meet those three criteria, then I would hit the pause button and really reflect on what you're moving into, whether it's a relationship, whether it's a business venture, whether it's a project. I would really hit that pause button and really think about if you want to move forward with this. And again, some of it is, you know, with the passion part, the more of this foundation you have with perspective and practice and planning and process, then you can also sometimes have more passion because maybe your passion just wasn't there because you didn't feel confident. Confident enough, right. Maybe I can't feel playful enough because I was too concerned if it was going to work out. I didn't really, you know, I was overthinking it and I didn't have my systems down. So I feel I'm all over the place and it feels chaotic. And when I get chaotic, I have anxiety and maybe you have anxiety about it. So how can you be playful when you have anxiety? But if you have a good foundation with these other pieces and you have it down, then you should be able to have more playfulness. You should be able to engage with people at a more joyful level and just have fun. And I feel like a lot of practitioners in my field, one thing they're missing, they might have some purpose and they can have some passion, but I see a lack of playfulness. So, you know, I'm not a good fit as a practitioner or for a client practitioner relationship with everybody because I like to have fun with people and we have a great relationship and we're playful. And I want to do that because it really helps us develop a relationship and better treatment outcomes because we're just more real too. So again, we're going to go through them one more time. Number one, purpose. Number two, passion. Number three, perspective. Number four, planning. Number five, process. Number six, practice. Number seven, patience. Number eight, persistence. Number nine, pivot. Number 10, people. Number 11, process. Number 12, pain. Number 13, price value. And number 14, playfulness. I could bust out some more P's, but that is an awesome solid foundation. And I've not found one of those that is not seriously applicable to utilizing this to really gain more perspective, to really gaining more clarity and to really make sure I'm on the right track and to help bring awareness to where my areas of vulnerability are, to help me prioritize where I need to shift, put my energy to have more power. So this is power times 14 power. P to the power of 14 equals power p. 14 power. I might need to work on that name. I didn't plan that one out, but it's a lot of peas and I love them.
