My name is Tony Nash. I'm the founder of Booktopia. My strength is in scaling, so a lot of founders who are looking to join our group probably are looking at how they can go from the valley that they're in to the next mountaintop. Capital raising, potentially advisory boards, whether they're necessary What's necessary, not necessary, who can be on your advisory group, recruitment, the people, retention. We'll be looking at financials, strategic planning. The most important thing for me always is how do we create value in our organization that you can either sell, list, or get an ongoing dividend over many years because you've built it up to a point where you can step away and have people run it. It's not liberating, but it gives you the freedom to be able to say what's on your mind and know that whatever is said What's said in the room stays in the room, and that we have that discretion and also the confidence of the group to be able to say what's so without feeling like they're going to be exposed for it to go any further than that. The networking is incredible, and I'm pretty sure that there's going to be organizations that are in the non-founder groups, the large companies, that we'll have all of a sudden access to where we can have conversation with the CEO of one of the big multinationals or big national companies within Australia because they're part of the Mentor List group. If you have an appetite to learn, that you don't know everything, then this is gonna probably be the right place for you. Well, I wanna be able to say that at the end of the year, we've all come a long way and that the group has supported each other to get insights, breakthroughs, sorted things out for them, be there for each other, and building friendships And perhaps lifelong friendships. This has been born out of an idea that the founders of organizations needed to have an opportunity to get together and really develop their skills, their thinking, and their networking. And so I'm thrilled to be asked to be the chair of this group. It's going to be so exciting. Look, I'm looking forward to meeting you. And even if you decide not to do it, let's have a chat. Talk to the team at MentorList and just see if this is right for you because It's not right for everyone, but for the companies that are trying to get somewhere and realize that they don't have all the resources at hand, or maybe there's some gaps, then reach out and let's have a conversation. Because for those that join, it's going to be a fun year, and I look forward to working with you and helping you grow your company.
