In this first‑person YouTube narrative, the speaker recounts being removed from a Southwest flight after a weekend of partying. While trying to settle into his seat, he refuses to fully raise his seatback, leading to a confrontation with a flight attendant. He responds with aggressive language, prompting the crew to involve airline security. Two marshals escort him and his friend Nardo off the plane, warning him that continued disruption could land him on a no‑fly list. The incident, which turned a short flight into a 12‑hour ordeal, serves as a personal lesson about emotional hijacking and the need for self‑control. The experience, combined with his broader work on “civilian intelligence,” motivates him to promote his upcoming book, The 11 Behaviors of Disrespect That Be Hidden in Plain Sight, which aims to help people recognize and avoid disrespectful actions.

I literally been kicked off a plane in real life. This is several years ago. We was all coming back from the Tyson fight and we had been wilding out all weekend. And so as soon as I get, uh, on the plane, the first thing I do, put my hoodie on, lean back, and I'm like, but nod off because we've been kicking it, right? And then the flight attendant comes by and he taps my seat like, we need to put your seat up. You know, they doing that announcement about the seat up and the tray tables. So I'm like, all right, hit the button, come up a little bit, but it's not all the way up. He's doing his rounds again. That must have agitated him. So he comes back and he taps my seat harder like, hey man, I told you put your seat up. So then I wake up and I'm like, man, what the fuck you— man, get your hands up off my seat. Just before I start practicing civilian intelligence. And I gave him some choice words like, man, like, and I probably said something like, man, I'm gonna beat your ass, make your hands off my seat, something to that nature. You know how we overreact in the moment. So then I lay back down. Now we're on the Runway. We're about— we're out, we're about to take off. The plane starts turning around because OPO, he leans over the back. He'd be sitting behind me. He goes, hey, you know they're about to come get you. Hey man, I ain't thinking about them, man. Sure enough, they turned that plane, took that thing back to the, uh, gate. 2 big-ass marshals came on, escorted me off the plane. Uh, my boy Nardo was sitting next to me and Nardo was like, man, what y'all doing? They said, you with him? He's like, yeah, they took me and Nardo off the plane. Then when they pulled me outside, they straight checked me. It was like, listen, man, first of all, if you want to get out of here, you need to be quiet. Uh, you keep talking, you will end up on a no-fly, uh, list and you'll be driving home. And if you cool, we'll let you on the last flight of the night. I learned a quick lesson in getting emotionally hijacked. A quick minute in time turned into a 12-hour day for me. Because I simply didn't have the ability at that time to manage the way that I was reacting. Because of moments like that and because of the thousands of people that I've been talking to while I've been doing this work on civilian intelligence, it has brought me to the space where I absolutely have to get this book into everybody's hands. The 11 Behaviors of Disrespect That Be Hidden in Plain Sight.
