$10k In 7 Days With Faceless YouTube Channels

A creator explains how to earn $10,000 in a week running a faceless YouTube channel. The strategy covers picking a niche, copying what works, using AI for scripts and voiceovers, hiring editors, and designing thumbnails to drive views and ad revenue.
If I had one week to hit $10,000 from scratch on YouTube without showing my face on camera, this is exactly what I would do. So we'll draw out the timeline here. We'll say this is seven on this end and then this is day zero. This is the start right here. Abraham Lincoln says, if I had to cut down a tree and I had five hours to cut down the tree, I would spend four hours sharpening my axe and then I would spend one hour actually cutting down tree. And so I will preface this video by saying I spent a lot of time doing this stuff. This is exactly what I would do. I'd spend four hours doing the research and find a niche that was a high enough opportunity that made sense for me to jump into the main thing. Like I said, I'd spend four hours sharpening my axe and then one hour actually cutting on the tree. So what I would do is a very broad blanket surgeon on YouTube channels that first of all they need to be faceless already. So that way I could just replicate those and their strategies and I would go and make more videos based off what their current approach is. I would find faceless channels that are specifically in something that is a little bit more niche down. For me personally, I like topics of interest where there's already lots of viewers and there's already fan base and there's already a current audience. Channels of this nature would be like history, any sort of sports. Sports would probably be one of the easier opportunities like MMA or boxing or WWE or basketball. They have all these have big audiences on YouTube that they're always hungry for more content. They're looking for more information or content there. Sports. I would look at sciences, I would look at biology, I look at space, I look at technologies. A big one that was for a while was like elon Musk and SpaceX and Tesla and this whole like EV race. So I would go branch off, I would go just do like a good blanket research on what's working in the market. While I'm looking for these faceless channels and I would look for the low hanging fruit. So a lot of these channels you'll go to their pages and you'll see a layout that's similar to this. You know, they got the logo right here and then the name and the subscribers. And under the videos you'll see a fashion of this. You'll see obviously they got all these different videos that are up on the channel. And a lot of times you see this video with 800 views, you see this video with 300. You see this video with, like, maybe 2,000. And then you see this video with 5,000. And then you see this video right here with, let's say, like 2, 3 million views, okay? And then you see this video with a thousand. And you see this video with 3,000. Let's say this video with. Okay, so most people on YouTube, I'll be honest, no disrespect to these people, but they're fucking idiots. They go and pick this niche, or maybe they bounce around niches, but let's say for the sake of this, they're smart. They pick one niche of a channel, and what they do is they go and spend all this time, all this money, all his resources, all of this energy to go and create a bunch of content. And a lot of them, what they do is they sometimes get a viral video. And I see this often. I have a lot of these people that make this one viral video. And then they go and join my programs. And we, like, 10x their channels. This is a strategy right here. This is how we 10x people's strategy channels. And what I'm gonna do is, if I'm gonna go make $10,000 from scratch, this is what I'm gonna do. So they get all these videos. They get a few hundred views, maybe a few thousand. And then they get this one video right here that gets whatever, a million views. And what they do is they just go keep making these bad videos, and they just keep doing this, like, shotgun approach, I'd call it. They keep shotgunning and they keep trying to do all these different approaches, all these different strategies. And what's funny is, a lot of times this video right here is the secret to them and their riches. But what they don't do is they don't remake the video. Or if they do, maybe they do it right here. But. And like this video right here, they have this. I don't know, let's say I always use my examples, like how Elon Musk spends his billions. And so then maybe they try it again over here. They do, like, how Michael Jordan spends his billions or something like that. But what they don't do is they don't really fully copy this. Instead, they would do, like, how Elon Musk spends his billions, and then they would do, like, how some person you probably never heard of or just, I don't know, someone that nobody cares about right now how Bill Gates spends his billions when nobody really cares about that. Or they just don't even copy the strategy at all. And then they just go and move on. And so what I would do is I would go find these channels in these different niches that I was kind of out of here. History, space science, technology, sports. Further than that I would go bowling, ping pong. What else? Oh, there's a lot of like mystery channels I've seen lately. There's true crime, there's like court channels, there's documentaries, there's motivation, there's mindset content, there's self help, there's personal growth, like personal development. But then there's also the health and fitness route. There's health and fitness, there's nutrition, there's. What else have I seen? There's cars, there's trucks, there's like street bikes, Formula 1. I look at all these different faucets. I was just like where there's niche audience, nascar. Have you even seen like plants? Go look at all these niches and find the low hanging fruit. I find these viral videos that are faceless. They're obviously faceless and the creator just messed up. And what I would do is once I find that opportunity, which now at this point it probably wouldn't even take me the full four hours. It'd probably take me like 30 minutes with the research that I found dull. Then take the transcript, which you know what, I'm going to do it for you guys. Go to one of their popular, like the video that I'm trying to model or emulate. Let's say we want to do this video right here. I would go to show transcript, toggle timestamps, highlight and copy all of this. I'd go to their channel, turn this script into a template and then once that is entirely templated, I would simply take that script and instead of doing like how to survive wild animal attacks, I would do a video on something along the lines of how to survive something else and then go back over to my whiteboard over here. And then once I had gone to chat gbt, which obviously I showed you that it'll take you like 30 to 60 minutes, I'm going to give you guys the real advice. Don't just take that and just upload it. Go make it your own. The more you can take your own language, maybe run it through a few times, have it describe different situations and stuff. Then what I would do is I would take that ChatGPT script. Now that I find the found the viral video and the topic, I would take that ChatGPT script, I throw it into a software like 11 Labs. You guys can look it up. It's called like 11 Labs. There's a lot of these different AI solos out there. I take the software, I would take the video, I throw it into 11 labs. And then once I throw it into 11 labs, you just take the voiceover, which actually, you know what? Just for you guys, I'll show you guys how to do this as well. Go to 11 labs, you take the script, you take it, paste it in. I'm not going to go sign in, like all this stuff for you, but you can even just test out the demo and then you would just have the script right here. Although we hope you'll never need to use these tips, being prepared can save your life. Share this video with your friends to make sure they're. And as you can see, their software is actually pretty proficient. And then now that I have that 11 labs thing, then what I would do is I would go hire a video production specialist. I would hire. What I would do is I would either go to Twitter or I would go to Upwork and I would pay somebody, let's say anywhere from on the low end, maybe a hundred dollars. I'd probably have to quality control it a few times. Honestly, if I had a budget, if I could spend whatever on this to make 10k in a week, I'd probably spend. Talk to me before you just lose your money. But I'm gonna spend like 300. Don't just do this, do this smartly. But I would probably go spend $300 a video and just hurt a badass video editor off of either Twitter or Upwork to take that video and make it phenomenal. And I would model this video right here. I'd take this video that's right here that got 2.3 million views, and I would format it as my own piece of content. Like, I would tell you exactly how they do it. Like the whole structure, and I would even probably try to do it better is what I would do. I'd spend probably a good bulk of time, like really dialing this in. Like, that's why I said I would spend like 300 for this video editor and just have a badass one. You. By the way, guys, most people in the market, they hire video editors for 30 or 50. So if you have a 300 video editor, you'll probably. A lot of times, if you get the right person and go through the right fitting process, you're not getting ripped off. You'll have a video that's better than like 99% of the content on the plat on YouTube at this point, because everyone's doing the dog shit. AI videos that are out there and, or they're just always going like the cheap route or the easy route, especially when you're finding channels like these. And I would take that video and I'd quality control the shit out of it. I'd probably quality control that thing. I'd. I'd pass it over to the video editor. I'd take that, I would take that video idea. I'd send it over to all in the script and the voiceover and they would edit it and then I'd QC it and then I would make sure that it's really dialed in. And if it's really still not dialed in, like after I pass it back to the vet video editor, probably QC it again. I would do it up till I'd go through this process maybe up to five times. Just really making sure that this video is, is exactly like what the other video is like and what that viewer, that audience is. Maybe it takes a couple days or so. If you guys don't have. If I'm doing this on no budget, I would just go and edit this video myself. It'd probably take me a couple days to learn Premiere Pro. I haven't really edited videos in two or three years now, but I would go and learn the video editing process and then I would upload the video. So this would take like the whole research part. It would probably like getting started, getting the script, getting the voiceover, hiring the video editor. That would probably take about no longer than 12, like eight to 12 hours. And then the production process, I'd probably give myself no more than, let's say three days. Okay. And so this entire span right here, I would just spend the entire time just making one high quality video and getting it really dialed in. And then what I would do just to really make sure that I'd be able to hit that 10 fan 10. I'd probably try to get three videos out would be my goal. I've done this before. I uploaded two videos. I was planning on doing three actually, but the second video actually did 3 million views within the first five days of me uploading it. So I would probably spend. I'd probably try to get out like three videos in this time span of probably three to five days or so, maybe six days, just to get my chances that much higher. But I would go make the best video I possibly can and just blow this one out of the water. I would make, take this video and put it on steroids and make this video as best as possible. And what I would do Is I wouldn't steal that concept. I wouldn't take the video of like how Elon Musk spends his billions. Instead, I'll go find someone else that people care about right now and talk about how they go and spend their millions. The thing is, to make 10k, we're going to make one of these. The thing about this process is in order to make a measly $10,000 on YouTube, it's equivalent in most niches of anywhere from probably like 1.5 million to on the low end, a bad RPM like 3 million views. I found a video that went viral, 2.3 million in less than three months. If I go produce three more of those things and just take that exact format, there is no reason that I can't hit 1.5 to 3 million views. If this video alone hit like 2,3 million in three months. And I see this on a regular basis. I actually had one of my students, the other that I saw, he did 2.3 million in the span of the first 24 hours. I think he hit over. I have to go look again. But 4 or 5 million views on that video within just the first, like, couple of days. So I would take that video idea and I would expand on it. I would take the idea, I'd turn it into a template, and I would talk about another subject with the same exact format. I would try to find the same exact voice actor, like a same similar voiceover style. I'd write the same type of script. I would go do everything basically the same. What I would do for the thumbnail. This is the best part for the thumbnail. Let's say that this is their thumbnail and then this is my thumbnail. We'll take the Elon Musk putting their billet. So if Elon Musk is right here on the left side or on the right side of the thumbnail, it's like Elon and then whatever, blah, blah, blah million. What I would do is I would take that thumbnail and I would just replicate it on my channel. And instead of Elon, here's the thing. Instead of Elon, get rid of that thing right there. I would do whoever Jeff Bezos, and instead of obviously Elon Musk right here, then I would take Jeff Bezos and put him right there and I'd make the thumbnail look exactly the same. So that's how I would build my 10 grand. If you want to see how I've actually made $7,000 in 10 days, go click this video right here.
