How I actually got rich quick, now I make $300k a month

Evan Canup shares how he built a $300k monthly income through YouTube and business. He focuses on leveraging skills, consistent effort, and high-leverage opportunities to achieve rapid financial success.
Foreign. It's a big thing right now to say that getting rich quick is a scam, but what I will say is that it's entirely not a scam. It's totally possible to get rich quick, but you have to understand how to actually get rich quick. And that's what we're going to unpack inside of this video. My name is Devin Knopp. By the age of 25, I have made almost now $4 million. And at the peak of my revenue, I've hit. Hit over 300,000, I think it was like 360 grand that I made it in a single month with my businesses. And I'm on track to do multiple millions a year. And I use these videos to help brainwash you guys to become successful, to become rich, to understand what's in my brain, and basically just give you guys what I know so you become. You can become more successful and more leveraged and make money significantly easier or faster. And so one of the things that I have been seeing a lot lately is the concept of getting rich quick. I mean, it's not necessarily a new concept. It's been around for a little bit of time. But getting rich quick, some people are like, it's a scam. It's kind of bullshit. Everybody kind of wants it to be true. But I'll tell you the reality. You can get rich quick. For me, I was originally making, I don't know, two to $3,000 a month with one of my YouTube channels that I had in 2019. So that was just five years ago. And I went from making two to $3,000aMonth to $42,000 in just the span of three months of discovering faceless YouTube channels. You see, I was capped originally by the amount of volume of people that can watch my videos because I was making super niche content. I was making videos for people that were trying to flip real estate and do real estate wholesale was the business model. The biggest channel at the time, I think had a hundred thousand subscribers. And it took them years to build that. It's not like they got huge quick. And maybe at that time, you know, they're making maybe a hundred grand a month or whatever, a couple hundred grand a month. But there just wasn't that many people, that many case studies out there doing it. And me, I had no business experience. I had no understanding of. Even though if I. Even though I had a bunch of views and I was probably one of the top 10 largest channels in the industry, I had no idea on how to monetize an audience or how to actually make money with it. And that's when I discovered faceless YouTube channels. And no, this isn't a video about faceless YouTube. This is about getting rich quick. And I'm just using this as an example. I went from making 2, 3 grand a month to after just two weeks, I actually hit $3,000 in a single day. Flash forward the next month I think I made around, Like, I wasn't able to maintain that amount of money. But the next month I made. I think it was $18,000. And then the month after that, I hit $42,000 in a single month, just three months after starting this. And you could say that's getting pretty rich pretty quick. That's like a person's yearly salary in the span of just 30 days. And I was just at this event last weekend. I was. I flew to Atlanta, Georgia. I went to go to this event, this mastermind that I'm a part of, and I watched a bunch of people speak on stage and connected with a bunch of people. And I was kind of an authority in the room. And when I was there, there was this one guy who gave a speech. He got up on stage and he went through talking about how he built this product and the software and like, all these things to do these incredible things with AI and stuff. And before he launched this new career that he's on, he had no money. He actually, like, had a rent payment of like $1,200 and he had no money to pay for that, like. And so he launched this brand and this direction went on down this entire train of, you know, being this guy that's spoken on a hundred stages in the past year now from the decision of rent was due, and I think it was 11 days or something like that. And he needed money. And so he ended up decided, like, he got invited to go speak on stage with somebody and he said, screw it, let's do it. I think the person that was supposed to host it wasn't able to speak. So they offered him the spot. And he's like, okay, cool, I'll talk about AI. But he asked if he can just pitch his product. And at the time, he had no product. He had nothing. He just knew a little bit about AI and that was it. So he watched Alex Muzzi's like, A Hundred Million Dollar Offers and read this shit out of that book and wrote up an entire pitch, an entire presentation. And so after that presentation, in that presentation, I think he said there was like 200 people inside of there and in that presentation, he sold half, more than half of the people into the thing that he created. I don't know the math of, I think it was like $3,000 is the price of the product that he was selling. And he sold 100 people out of the 200 people that watched that thing. And in one hour, in one hour presentation, the guy went from not being able to pay his rent to where he made $300,000 in a single hour. So to say that getting rich quick is not a real thing, that is evidence of it. I'm evidence of it. There's countless stories out there that are evidence of getting rich quick. But here's the caveat, here's the thing that is lacking from getting rich quick. That is the misunderstood notion of this thing. And for the non idiots that watched this point that weren't raging in the comments down below on this video that got to this point, here's the thing that is the little disclaimer at the bottom of that is for me, when I made $42,000 and three after like three months, I was doing up videos on YouTube every single day for a year straight. I think it was like I did 400 uploads in a row every day. I was recording videos and uploading and I did that more consistently than I probably did anything in my life. I was, I missed two days out of the 400 days and I made up for them. I just had some sort of technical error or issue or something like that. I just religiously uploaded a video every single day. I was a psychopath, literally just uploading this content wildly, consistently. And on top of that I had probably by then like two years of sales experience and just understanding, you know, know, psychology and what makes people interact with things and what makes people engage. And I just had studied a lot of YouTube videos and I also learned how to do Photoshop, I learned how to edit videos and I just kind of like had a couple of videos that did well. I think they got like 20,000 views. It wasn't anything crazy, but it was just I put in the work. I became the person that was started to have a large skill stack. And I was just in a very low lever, low leverage opportunity. And so when I switched over to a higher leverage opportunity when, when I had a high skill set, my income exploded because I just didn't have the leverage before. And the story of this guy Phil, that was speaking on stage, that just made a ton of money really quickly, he like, this is one thing I have to always realize is that like, most of these people that you see getting rich quicker, like, made a ton of money. They probably have some life experience. For him specifically, he was 35 years old. That's 15 years of adult life that he had experienced. I think he, like, ran away from home, too, when he was younger too. So he, like, had probably almost two decades of life experience by the time he launched his first business. By the time he launched his first product, he also had his realtor's license. He's been around the industry of realty real, like, of realtors for a while. He was a drummer for over a decade for one of the largest churches in America. And so that means this dude was playing drums or playing instruments and playing music, seeing some of the best speakers in the Christian. In the Christian world that are out there. You've seen some of the best pastors give the best sermons that have ever been done ever, on a weekly basis for over a decade. And so when he got up on stage or when he did this presentation on a Zoom call with 200 people or whatever, he launched it and did $300,000 in a single hour. He had everybody in the industry reach out to him. How did you do it? And it's just. It's because of the person that he became. He saw all these people give these emotional, compelling stories and just pitch and sell and do things on stage and get people to believe in Jesus and get people to believe in the Bible and the. And connect it with all these stories from the Bible and their own personal stories and all these things. And in seeing these insanity of people, like, as in like the craziest people presenting of all time speak. And so when he first started his business, he had no ne. He really didn't have that much business experience specifically or like, especially software experience or product development experience. But he subconsciously developed these skills for over a decade. And he also had the life experience. He also had a lot. Like, as a musician, you're like, you get really good at compelling, like, at taking. Getting your emotion out there to the audience to resonate with them. And that's what makes a good artist a good musician. They're good at taking their emotions and sharing it with people and expressing themselves through a physical act of playing sound, making music. And so here's the thing. Anybody can get rich quick. Anybody can make a ton of money quickly. The question is, is how can we put you into a higher leverage position? And so what you need to do is you need to take inventory of your skill sets. You need to take inventory of like, who you are and ask yourself, what are the things? What are the things that you know? What are the experiences that you've had and how can we get better distribution with that Far often inside of my Facebook channel academy, I see people crush it significantly, quickly. And that's a lot of times it's because they've had experience managing people, or they've had experience with sales for a long time, or they've had experience with video production, or they've had experience with marketing. And maybe they've had experience with video production or something like that. And so they've had this experience already. And so I just give them a higher leverage opportunity and they crush it. Like, some people have management experience. They're great at hiring people and finding talent and getting people to implement systems and building systems and. And they crush it. I have other people that understand how to come up with great ideas, viewer psychology, and they're able to crush it. They just add a high leverage opportunity. They add a couple. They learn a couple more quick skill sets with their soft skills that they've already developed over time, and they crush it and they do insanely well. And that's just because we could just give them a higher leverage opportunity. And so what you need to do watching this video, if you want to go really doing incredible things, is I feel like the thing that helped me transform my life is I said, I decided one day to lock myself in a room. I locked myself in a room. I took a pen and a piece of paper. Pen right here, A pen and a piece of paper. And I wrote down all of the skills and the resources that I had access to. So I asked myself, what were the things I was good at and the things that I owned or I had or I had access to the people that I knew or the connections that I had? And so at the time, I was going to school for computer. Computer science. So, okay, cool. I understand, like, systems thinking. I understand programming to, like, small extent. I had some sales experience. And on and on. I built this list. And as I curated this list, I then found things that match with those opportunities. I found things like I was asking myself, okay, now that I have all these skill sets, what are things that are out there already that are already working that I would probably be really good at based off of the skill stack that I already have and something that had higher leverage? And for me, originally I did YouTube. I didn't really make much from it. I got better and better at it. I got to, like I said, where I was Making a couple grand a month, it wasn't anything crazy. And then when I found something that had higher leverage now that I had all these skill sets, I didn't even change industries. I just changed the niche of the channel I was doing. And just instead of being on camera, I use softwares to make the videos. Honestly now a lot of times I hire a production team or use AI tools and I, I took these tools and these softwares and I made videos with it. I did it. I poured my heart and soul into it. I did it for every day for like 10 days. And I got to where I hit a million views in like two weeks. A million views in a single day. Which the math penciled out to where I was making like 2, 3 grand a day at the time, with, with the views that I was getting in the current, you know what the rate of those views was worth now? They've actually increased a lot because of inflation, stuff like that. But I took that and I applied it and I ended up getting like one of these little play buttons here behind me from one of those channels. I've actually, I should have four of them behind me, but they stopped shipping them out to people or they kind of making it a pain in the butt to get more of them. But anyways, I've got, I've ran a shit ton of channels now at this point, and I was just put into a place of higher leverage. Then I started hiring people to make the videos. And then the only limit that I had was the vision that I had and the video ideas I wanted to produce and just getting them out there. And so, so what you need to do is ask yourself, what is the inventory that you have? What are the, like, what are the skill sets that you have and how can you go and apply those things? Because the world is not a crazy enough place to reward a bunch of undeserving people, as Charlie Munger says. And so we have to ask yourself is how can you deserve more by just taking the person and the things that you already have and finding a higher leverage position for it so you can get rich quick. Otherwise, if you don't have the skill sets, if you don't have the experience and you have nothing, if that's you watching this video, you need to pick up skill sets. So you need to learn sales, you need to learn networking, you need to learn ideation, you need to learn psychology, you need to learn negotiation management and leadership skills and all these things. And as you learn them, you need to get rid of the ideology of I need to get rich. And instead you need to become skillful, you need to become masterful of these skills. So you should probably get a job, learn skill sets through that and start building something on a side that is going to build you higher leverage. And then inevitably, as I click there, inevitably over time you're going to be in a position where you have these skill sets and you know all of these things and you can apply them to a higher leverage opportunity. And what that will do is it will explode your income. You just have to eat this, eat the part of like learning these skill sets. If you're somebody that already has skill sets, you just need to find something that pairs well with your skill sets and learn some of the soft skills that you have to learn with that, with that business or with that thing that is a higher income potential with higher leverage and just stick with it and you will get rich quick. It like that's where you hear of overnight success is it's this hockey stick curve of success. The hard part is getting to that part where the hockey Nick hockey stick exponential growth happens. And then obviously a lot of times we s curve and we kind of get stuck at a certain level and then we can grow again. Like for me, you know, I've been between a hundred, three hundred thousand dollars a month for over a year now. And it's just now it's like, okay, that's kind of my plateau, that's my level now. It's kind of become a higher skilled person in order to kind of unlock that next rung and that next aspect of a higher skillset. Maybe there's a few things with like the positioning and the leverage that I have currently, but a lot of it's just the person I had to become in order to become more skillful. So I have to study people that are making a million dollars a month and be more like those people and become a focus more on those skill sets that those people have that I am personally lacking at the current moment. I had to kind of go through that same exact thing at just a different level. And so you're at a stage where you're learning all these skillsets and then you just gotta pair that with a high leverage opportunity and your income will blow up to what you deserve to get paid in the marketplace based off of the value of a person that you are. And that's how you get rich quick. Rich quick. That's how I got rich quick is I found something that was able to pay the bills, that was able to get Me through things. It wasn't like I was as glamorous. I was making a ton of money. It was just like I was able to make enough to pay my bills. I remember there was a couple months I had no money and I had to figure out how to make like a thousand dollars to pay for rent. I figured it out. I was able to hustle my way there. Honestly, I probably made less money than anybody else. Working a job, like working a job probably would have been better. And then if I just built a business on the size, I would have made more money in the time and then stack skill sets probably a little bit faster. But then when I got to the point where I started to see success, when I started to be able to hire coaches, when I was able to invest more into myself and my knowledge and join masterminds and groups and get into this really intense cycle of learning and growth and feedback, that's when my income really skyrocketed. And that was the jump that I made from going from like $30,000 a month to over $100,000 a month and then hitting a $300,000 month was purely just me becoming a more skilled person, putting myself into a high leverage position with these skills that I had, and just setting myself up for success to really explode my income. So if you want to get rich quick, you need to drop the notion of getting rich quick. Take inventory of things. If you have no inventory and your inventory sucks, you got to build inventory, you got to go learn skill sets. If you're someone that already has skill sets, you've already had a decade into a career. Maybe even you have had three, four, five years into a career and you've learned really hardcore skill sets that just like. And you're just getting paid like an average salary, even if it's only 100, $200,000 a year, or if it's only 50, $60,000 a year, take those skill sets and those things that you learned, apply that to a higher leverage opportunity, and you will get rich quick. You just have to learn the remaining skills that are missing for that leverage opportunity. Specifically like YouTube. It's like you want to learn ID like, like viewer psychology, which it's pretty easy and it sounds complicated. It's not really that hard. And then, and then just ideation pretty simple. And then managing of teams and hiring people or at least being systems efficient. If you can have those skill sets, you'll have success insanely quickly with it because you're already in a leveraged position. If you don't have those skill sets, then you just got to learn them. It's not like it's that hard. You just have to have humility and apply yourself and have a fast turnaround time of learning new things. And that's why we see young people crush it really well as well. Like where they're 17, 18 years old and they're making 50 grand a month because they're able to learn quick and they're able to apply themselves quick and they're able to develop themselves quick and they don't have a big ego so they're able to learn quickly as well. And then the leverage of YouTube allows them to make a lot of money really quickly. So that's how you get rich quick. My name is Evan Canup. Hopefully you guys learned something inside this video.
