How I make millions of dollars lol

Devin Knopp breaks down how he built millions through online business. He emphasizes solving the right problems, taking extreme ownership of your life, and ditching victim mentality to reach financial freedom.
My name is Devin Knopp, and over the past few years, I've generated millions of dollars online and more specifically through YouTube. And I've tried a lot of different things out. I've had a lot of success, and I've also had even more failure. And you'll find that same exact thing happen whenever you talk to any other successful business owner person. That's really crushing it. But I want to tell you guys a quick story that made me kind of realize, you know, a lot of why people struggle to have success. Why, you know, getting to your ten grand first, $10,000 per month is so difficult, why people reach ceilings, and why they struggle to break through those and how you can obliterate all those. Either if you're at a wall, you can break through it, or if you're on the path of success, you can just keep going on that path to success without having to stop at most of these places that most other people stop at. And it all starts with, like, when I talk about. I was dating this girl at one point in time, and I was like. I told her, hey, I have to go pick up one of my cars from Arizona. I had it at a buddy's place that I left it there. And then I lived in California at the time, too. That's where I'm living at right now at the recording of this video. But anyways, regardless, I say, hey, we got to go pick up this car. So we go pick up the car. I hung out in Arizona for a couple days. It was like my Lexus I had at the time, this thing was pretty sweet. It was, like, fully auctioned, and, you know, it was, like, had all the bells and whistles and stuff like that. But anyways, one day I go to. I'm driving around, whatever. I. One day I go back to my buddies, go say hi to him. I parked the car in front of the house and. Okay, so I parked the car in front of the house of one of his neighbor's house. Out comes this lady. You can't park right there. You're not supposed to, like, put a car right there. That's where my family parks or whatever. And I look around, and there's just, like, all these parking spots. But it was very important that, you know, her family was able to park right there in front of her house. She was going off, like, about how she's gonna call the cops and all this stuff, and it was just ridiculous. And I was like, I don't have time to deal with this. I'm gonna move the car freaking 10ft forward. But, you know, she's going crazy about this. And I came to the conclusion that this lady has no, like, you know, I like, was super open to hear her out, like, hey, yeah, what's up? Like, talk to me. She was just freaking going off on me. Crazy. And I asked my friend about her, and he's like, yeah, she literally does nothing but stays at home all day. And if there's anything going on in front. Her front lawn, like, she just freaking goes crazy. And what it, what it, like, kind of, you know, made me realize is that this lady's retired, she's older, she has nothing going on in her life. It's just like she probably watches soap operas and drama TV shows. And the problems that, like, the human mind, it works in a funny way is we're always finding problems. We're always solving problems. That's how our brain works. And we're always trying to find problems to solve. And the issue with most people is they solve the wrong, like they're trying to solve the wrong problems, or they choose the wrong problems to get to care about and to get good at business is you get really good at problem solving and you get really good at solving big, huge problems that a lot of people have. That's the thing that's like, you know, when you're in business and you get really good at that, that's how you make a ton of money. This lady, on the other hand, she chose the most minuscule problems that had no impact on her and if anything, adopted a huge victim mindset around because the problems are so either so big and out of like, her control entirely or. Or so small and meaningless that, you know, it's like. It's like she's just choosing the wrong problems and choosing to yell at somebody for parking their car in front of their house for an hour when there's like, you know, all this parking around. It's not even like these spots were marked. And, you know, it's like there's a sign that says anything. It was just literally just parked on the street in front of her place, and there's a bunch of other spots, and she even had spots in her driveway as well. And most people I see do this exact same thing. Now, obviously, maybe not to this exaggeration, but I see a lot of people solving, like, trying to. Trying to attack the wrong problems. Either they're choosing problems to get charged up by that have. That are completely out of their control, you know, like, who's. Who's in Politics, who's in government and, and who's, you know, who's in, who's in the office. People get supercharged up by that. And they're just a normal bystander that has no sort of authority whatsoever besides just social media and, and raging about these problems online. If you're on Twitter, where this video might be, or on YouTube or social media, you'll see this everywhere, left and right. All these people getting charged up by all these different problems and trying to like, you know, solve these big problems when they're just like, have no relevance whatsoever to the conversation. They just don't, aren't making enough money or don't have any sort of impact whatsoever to actually solve the problem. And that's a big issue. Or in business I see people solve the wrong problems all the time. I see, you know, like, maybe, like I said, not as big of an example of like, you know, someone parked in front of your lawn, but for example, I will see some people come in and they're trying to build, let's say a YouTube channel, and I will see them try to come up with like, they'll try to decide the, you know, you can, you could solve, you could solve the problem the easy way or there's two different solutions for the problem. You know, it's like, you could solve the problem the easy way where it's just like, oh yeah, it's their fault. I'm not making money because of somebody else. It's easy to do. It's the simplest solution, but the consequence of doing that is then you don't take any ownership over yourself and, and, and the things that are controllable. And actually you end up missing out on deals. You're like, oh yeah, I couldn't close that deal because I sent it over to fulfillment. You know, it's, it's a, it's a show or you know, it's like if, if I come, like, if I made this like, idea like, like the video, people making the video, they like, it's just, dude, they can't, they can't make a video like that. They, they struggle to make this other one, you know, and instead being like, okay, I want to make this idea, and then they do extra research to make sure that, you know, the video production side of things has the best chance for success. They already like, they kind of preliminary. Oh yeah, look at, use it, look at this article. Look at this article. Use this inspiration. Use this inspiration and, and taking extreme ownership on that problem. And so like I said to, to backtrack there's two problems. There's two things here is are you solving the right problem? When it comes to, let's say, a YouTube channel, it's like, are you uploading videos? That's the problem. Like, how do you make money? You upload videos. Okay. Am I uploading videos? No. Okay, that's, that's the problem there. That's the bright problem. Not what color is your banner on your YouTube channel. If it's, you know, like a sales and info product. Because I have both businesses. I have an info product business and of a YouTube channel business. Or like, you know, media publishing company business and YouTube channels, the info product, you know, it's like, okay, so for marketing, it's like, okay, am I getting people to have the right beliefs, the right mindset, the right intentions, going into things and set up the right way? And then also on the sell side is, am I giving the best feedback? Am I being as proactive as possible? Am I doing everything that I can and then also over to fulfillment, Am I best setting them up for success? Am I making sure I'm getting the right customers? I'm getting, I'm setting the right expectations. I'm, you know, overcoming the right beliefs. So that way when they do go through the program, they're going to be just like these other people that have had massive success inside of the, inside of the info product as well. And so that's the question is, first of all, are you solving the right problem? And then is there ownership of the problems that you do have and understanding what is it exactly that is your role? I believe at just about any company, every single person just about is, you know, they need to have extreme ownership of not only their position, but then ownership of all the people that are in or surrounding the position. You could be at the janitor at a company and have more ownership than an executive at the company and be the driving force of a company. Now, obviously that company is not going to be up very, very long if the executives are not taking ownership of things. But maybe the janitor, what they can do is they can make sure that customers and clients feel good when they're there. Making sure that everything, you know, is just, you know, super clean, that all the cracks are clean and there's like nothing there. And then also, you know, making sure that all of their employees around them have a great working relationship with them. You know, there's two different employees that can walk through that door. They could be the employee that's walking in and just be like, has you know, biggest smile on their face. They're always optimistic no matter what's going on in their life. Or there could be the one that's the sack of shit that's like super pessimistic all the time. Which one do you think people are going to be most excited to work with? Hopefully the optimistic one. Because, you know, if the pessimistic one is the one that everyone likes working with, then that means you got some bigger issues to work on there. But the optimistic one, you know, is going to help the business, the company and the business overall and make the work environment significantly better. So that one person that's the janitor can make that company extremely successful from their point of view. They can make sure that everybody else is having a great day, checking in with them, helping create a great culture there, and then also making sure everything's their job is being done, overly communicating, you know, their, their, you know, the things that they're facing and the things that they're overcoming. And even though something that might seem as, you know, small or meaningless as the janitorial role can be somebody that has a huge impact on the company and is helping the, you know, drive the company in the right direction through what is the best culture for that, for that company. And, you know, obviously that's like a work employee, employer relationship. But the main thing is like, okay, so for your life, if you're watching this to tie back into you and my audience and people watching my videos, if you're watching my videos, you're trying to make money online. And the number one like you're trying to have and why you're trying to make money online is because you want to have choice and freedom in life. You want to be able to do whatever the fuck you want. You want to buy whatever you want. You want to be able to live wherever you want. You want to have free cool palm trees and waterfalls in your backyard, and you want to be able to go travel wherever, drive whatever car that you want. You want to be friends with whoever you want to be in whatever relationships that serve you the best. And if you're a little bit more like me, a little bit of a higher achiever, you want to see, like, what all you're capable of doing in this life, you know, you want to see how far you can go. You want to become a high achiever. That's not majority of you, that's some of you, but majority of you, you just want choice and freedom and options in your life and you want to, you know, make A ton of money. And so if that's the case, what is the problem that is holding you back from becoming that person? Most people, they think it's the tactics. They think they're missing some sort of tactical thing that, like, there's this fricking mechanism that they don't have. And because they don't have this unique mechanism, they are unable to have success. And that is kind of the problem that most people have. And that's why, you know, so many people are in business selling courses and stuff like that. And not to say that's not a good business. I, you know, I make a ton of money with it, and I also have very successful time with doing that. But, you know, there's a lot of people that take advantage of that and are able to just sell whatever the hell and not actually have any fulfillment because people are willing to pull their credit card out because they're just like, oh, I'm missing this thing. But in reality, you know, the problem that you actually need to solve is you. You're the issue. You're the problem. I know it's kind of hard for me. That's very direct and important with you, but you're the problem. You're the. There's a reason why you're watching this video. There's a reason why you're not. Why you're not where you want to be in life, and that is okay. But the first thing is just being honest with yourself and realizing what's the real problem. It's probably you. For me, it was me. Like, if I'm being blunt with you or transparent, what was holding me back from doing multiple million dollars a year was me. I was the issue. I was showing up every single day. I wasn't, you know, I didn't have the headspace. I was always, like, limiting myself. I always thought, you know, like, oh, I can only make this much. Oh, making money takes a long time. Only the lucky few are able to have results. And you see, like, this internal conversation that I was constantly having with myself was holding myself back. But most people, and even myself, I was trying to solve the problem of, oh, it's other people's fault. I wasn't born into wealth. I wasn't, you know, I didn't have the right career path. I just wasn't lucky. And I just prefer the problem over to other people. It's not my fault. It's their fault. And I'm just playing the victim. You know, I'm just a victim of this circumstances. But, you know, realize that's the issue. That's why you are where you are. And that's what I had to realize. I had to realize I wasn't where I wanted to be. You know, I was a complete loser. I was insecure. I had, you know, struggled to talk to pretty, cute girls. You know, I was a. On a destiny, on a path to, you know, be a slave in some sort of cog in a machine and someone else's machine helping someone else get rich while I was, you know, slaving away and providing all the workforce there without any sort of, like, clarity on anything and, and just like slaving away a lot of my crucial years in life. And now me at 25, I am able to make millions of dollars a year because I took ownership and I took responsibility in my life. Instead of allowing other people to be responsible in my life and making decisions for my life, I decided to say fuck that and take ownership of my own life. And instead of trying to, you know, solve the problem of, like, trying to work for somebody else, instead of trying to solve the problem, instead of trying to solve the problem of, oh, I need to get a job, I solved the problem of who do I need to become to become somebody worth millions of dollars, tens of millions of dollars, hundreds of millions of dollars. And that simple change of the problem that I was solving made me go from being someone that was super insecure to, and someone that was on the life path of having to work the normal life to, in just a few short years, making millions of dollars a year from the comfort of my own home with just having an Internet connection and being able to own cool cars and live in beautiful houses and travel the world and stuff like that. Because I decided to solve the problem which was myself, instead of solving the other problem that most people try to solve, which is, oh, it's other people's problems problem, and just deferring the problem and just being like, oh, it's not my problem. So what's the problem that you need to solve? What's the wrong problem that you've been trying to solve so far? And what is the problem and the time and the intention that you need to start putting towards the thing that is actually going to get you to where you want to go? That's the question.
