How I went from $10k per month to $30k per month

A creator shares how they tripled their monthly income from $10k to $30k through real estate wholesaling and YouTube automation. They walk through the specific strategies that worked and the decisions that got them there.
Okay. So after my last video, kind of doing pretty well, I figured I'd break down how I got to making $30000 a month, how I went from $10000 a month to making $30000 a month. And I'll just give you guys the exact story and then how I help other people get to $30,000 a month. Pretty straightforward. So when I first got into making money online, I, you know, $10,000 a month was like always the goal. And I think I'm a big believer of what gets you to $10,000 a month. Typically, at least if it's your first $10,000 a month that you've ever made, it probably won't be something that's going to get you to $30,000 a month, and especially not something that gets to $100,000 a month just because you don't know why it's not a good business model or what's like, as scalable. Because getting a 10 grand a month, you can just take on a few agency clients and, and you'll just be fine and dandy, but. And you'll be able to do everything but to get to $30,000 a month, it kind of takes a little bit of a different. A different approach, a little bit of a different process to get there. So, like I said, so how I got there, so how I got to my first $10,000 a month actually, was through real estate wholesaling. I would go find, you know, let's say a house, and I would go find people that would be interested in selling their house at a discount. And I was able to, you know, I had my biggest month. I made 20 grand on a month. But it was super inconsistent. I had like some months where I'd make 8,000, somewhere I'd make 10. And yeah, that wasn't like the most crazy consistent. So then what I did was, is I saw all these people that were teaching real estate wholesaling, and a lot of them would be doing a YouTube channel as well, explaining what they were doing. And seeing these people do these YouTube channels that were explaining what they were doing. I was like, oh, okay, so maybe I need to do a YouTube channel, because that's what everybody else is doing. So that's probably what I need to do to make money as well. So I started my own YouTube channel and I started doing videos every single day. You can actually look it up now. I renamed it just because I don't do real estate anymore. And what. So what I named it was Real Estate University. And you can actually Go check it out. I made. I started doing the video every single day with it. And I got to where I did like, I think over like 400 videos on that channel. After about a year and a half, I did. I started doing where I was just doing daily uploads and I only missed two days. I was so proud of this. I only missed two days out of a year of uploading daily. I'm kind of doing that same exact thing now on this channel. So it's subscribe. I'm not going as crazy, but I'm pretty much uploading every single day. So. But when I was uploading daily, I, like I said I missed two days and I was grinding my ass off. I was uploading every single day. I would create all this different content and I would find all the different things I was missing out on, like people that needed in the marketplace to. For real estate wholesaling. And I got to where I started getting like a thousand views a video. After hundreds of videos, I got to where I was doing a thousand views a video on average on the low end. And I did have some videos that got like 30, 40, $50,000 or not dollars, but views on the video. So after about a year of grinding my face off, I got to where I was making three to four thousand dollars a month. And then I was also making an additional, you know, like couple grand to $3,000 maybe on the low end some months, like $500 a month of selling. You know, I created like a course that was for beginners that I just showed other people how I was making kind of my first money with it. And like I said, I was making like consistently. And then with a lot of affiliate marketing actually as well, I was making like three, four, maybe, I think like $4,500 a month with it after grinding my face off for a year. And then I was still kind of flipping a few houses here and there with my. With my real estate wholesaling business. And I was kind of just stuck at this point. I was, you know, I couldn't. It was having Trouble breaking through 10 grand and then something that's scalable past that. And I knew, like, I knew I needed more leverage. And I was very beginner. I was like 20 at the time, like 19 or 20 years old. So I didn't have a whole lot of experience working with people. I tried hiring multiple different people, and that was just kind of hard. I don't recommend hiring like business models too much where you have to work with people that are, you know, you're relying on them for having success. You know, if you can use AI tools a little bit better, at least if you haven't had managerial experience or, you know, if you can find really good people and you have like someone that can mentor you, that might be a little bit different. But I didn't have any mentorship really. I was trying to figure everything out on myself. I had mentorship on how the business model worked, but I didn't have people actually helping me learn how to manage people and stuff. And I, you know, didn't go through that process. I didn't have that skill set. So what I started doing is I came across this thing called YouTube. Cash cow channels is what they were called at the time. Now it's kind of gone on to be called YouTube automation. And then I kind of. My term that I Invented is branded YouTube channels. That's kind of the way that I go. Some people call it faceless YouTube as well. So that's what I'm kind of really well known for. But anyways, I found this thing called faceless, you know, YouTube cash cow channels. Basically, there are YouTube channels where you didn't have to be on camera and you can just use clips or stories that you found on find online. And so one day I came across one of these channels that was doing, you know, some pretty awesome numbers that for me, they were making like 15 grand a month from it. And so I saw these people doing it, like doing like 15 grand a month. And I was like, wow, that's crazy. And because when I watched the videos, there weren't anything all that special. And I was like, I, I could make these videos after making hundreds of videos myself. So what I did was I went and figured it out. And then after about 14 days of doing this, I did a video every day. I think some days I would even do two a day because I just really wanted to figure it out. I got to where I was making off of these videos, I got to where I was making, I got to where I was doing like a hundred thousand views a day. Then I got to 300, 400,000 views a day. And I got to where I actually hit a million views in a single day. And so off of those, off of the million views in a day, you know, I was making 2, 3, $4,000 a day off these videos. And so pretty shortly, you know, it wasn't super sustainable at that 2, 3, $4,000 a day range, but I was able to pretty consistently hit at least like a thousand dollars a day. And so after doing this for, you know, one month, two months, three months, three months in, I was able to hit $42,000 in a single month. And then, then I learned how to, how to outsource everything. And then I learned how to hire everything out. My income dropped then down to like about $12,000 a month. I went and traveled to Bali, Indonesia with a few friends. I went and lived out there. That was a great time. And my income kind of dropped. I hired like someone to start making the videos for me. I did test out a few different people to kind of fit the bill for it. And then after about a year of really trying to find someone good to run these YouTube channels for me, I was able to scale it up to where it was consistently doing $30,000 a month. And then I got it to where I did $72,000 in a single month for my YouTube channel. And that was kind of my story. That's how I got to 10 to $30,000 a month. And actually, you know, I scaled it up to $72,000 a month. And then from there what I did was, is then I scaled up to, you know, actually I think my income dropped from there because I started testing a bunch of different stuff out. Strategy wasn't working as much. So then I moved over to doing more like history and travel and space and, and trying out all sorts of different niches and tick tock like memes and celebrity niche. And I tried a bunch of different stuff and I concluded that history and travel were the ones that worked the best for me. It took a long time to get it figured out to really scale it to like consistent fifty, sixty thousand dollar months. But then that's, that's where I'm at now with that. And then now consistently on a month to month basis I do anywhere from like a hundred to two hundred thousand dollars a month. And the most I've ever done in a month was $360,000 in a month. So now from there, now I have freedom, now I have choice. Now I can do whatever I want in my life. This was this, all this really happened in 2019. So this was five years ago now, which is kind of crazy to think that like five years ago I started making like $30,000 a month and got to like 70, almost like a million dollar a year pace at the age of what was I like 20 at the time, like 19, 20. And I was able to start making my first 30 calories a month. So that's my story. That's how like so how you can go and apply this is first, go get to where you're making $10,000 a month. I see too often where people are like, yeah, I want to make 30 grand a month. You know, and I can understand it if you already have like a pretty decent salary at somewhere and you want to start, you want to try to make money pretty quick, but just get a proof of concept first. Get to where you're making your first $5,000 a month. Get to where you're making your first $10,000 a month. And then when you get there, then we can talk about 20, 30. Because typically either A, you'll find out if what you're doing isn't very scalable and you got to, you know, you're working stupid amounts of hours and it doesn't even make sense, or B, all we gotta do is just double what's working and then we can really grow your income. So that's how I went from 10,000 to $30,000 a month, LOL. And if you guys have any questions, drop a comment and check out my other videos.
