Evan Canup breaks down how to build a faceless YouTube channel that makes six figures. He covers hiring freelancers, optimizing content, and shares his own results and strategies for scaling the business.
Hey guys, you're gonna watch a quick little video that I made for New Year's on Twitter that I posted to help people Crush it in 2024 to make their first hundred thousand dollars through faceless YouTube channels. So what you're about to watch is that video. It kind of just overviews the the business model and how you can use it to go make six figures with faceless YouTube channels. With that being said, follow me on Twitter evincnp and I'll have a link down in the bio or my handle in the bio. But anyways, enjoy. What's up guys? It I wanted to make a quick training how to make six figures with the faceless YouTube channel in 2024 and beyond. I threw a slide deck real quick for us together. I'm actually out here in Columbia about to go celebrate New Year's in a few hours. But anyways I wanted to drop this for you guys. Some value going into 2024. So anyways, in this journey I'll be breaking down the exact strategies that I've used to get results like this. 144000 last year. 700000 over the last few years on this other channel. I think I have many more results screenshots. I just threw together some quick ones. Z uses stuff I'm gonna talk about. He's someone I've worked with. He made $20,000 in less than three months. This guy made a hundred thousand dollars after only 12 videos on his channel. LinkedIn, et cetera. Instagram. You can also ask for referrals. You can go to forums. Also on my highlights on my Twitter I have a training somewhere inside of here or just like a thing at least where I broke down the different places that you can hire people. Don't remember where it's at. Let's see. Okay. Four bless. Yeah. Here you go. Best places to hire freelancers. It's on my thing. Go check it out. I do a quick little breakdown. Nothing crazy but it's something. Next. What you want to do is optimize and monetize. You want to go find, you know, you know, over time. What we're going to be doing is we're going to be optimizing, monetize the channel. So here's a few tips. Double down on what's working. Pretty, pretty common sense. But you know, emulate what's already being successful. Model what they're doing. You know there's a great book on this. It's called Great Artists Steal. I forget what. Let's see still like an artist. Go read this book, it's a great book. Talks about like how to actually kind of like model what's working. You're gonna be a complete dumbass if you just go rip the video ideas that I gave you guys. Instead figure out how to emulate what's already working on the market and then applying that to your channel, increasing your baseline over time, you know, just quit uploading shitty videos like over time. Constantly decreasing what the bottom is, emulating and studying the success of others. Increasing the average view duration of your content by just making your videos more engaging and stuff and making your thumbnails more clickable. This is, you know, I could go hours and hours on this and I have, I made an entire thing that was like a 10 hour training just on how to do all this stuff. I not going to do that. Inside of here there's lots of videos you can look up on how to do all this stuff. I'm just going to keep it really simple for you guys. Just kind of more teaching the business model here. And so a couple tips real quick. Just give you guys some sauce. When it comes to hiring people in the production, I'll be honest, the people that I see that crush it, they just go on upwork and they throw up like you know, like at least 2, 3 job posts a week on there and do that for a month or two. Um, the thing with upwork is when you constantly when every time you throw up a job post you get new candidates and if you spend enough time on upwork you will find talented people. I've done over 250 job posts on upwork. I've hired, I've interviewed and you know, looked at 1500 applications for different production and stuff. And so you can definitely, you know, take a look like this is my favorite platform by far for hiring people. And when it comes to the video ideas, you know, this is the other thing that's high leverage. So hiring people and coming up with video ideas are the two high leverage things. So if you've already done like tried other business models like you know, E commerce, drop shipping, what else, like high ticket sales, building an agency, all those things, you're going to be really good at this part. And then if you had any sort of managerial experience, people crush it with hiring a production team. So a lot of it is just like, like I said, I'm not going to make a 10 hour training but to at least kind of get the point across for you guys, keep it simple. So come up with video ideas, model the top videos emulating what's dealing, don't steal. So on that channel list, that niche list, once you guys get it, you'll be able to have like, you'll find lots and lots of examples of those. So anyways, this business model changed my life and growing up, I grew up in a, you know, trailer in the middle of a farm in Colorado in the middle of nowhere. I got, you know, later on in life and before I went to college, my parents moved to Minnesota. This was my first car that I ever got that I bought myself and I was a total goon. I will be completely honest with you guys. And then after discovering faceless YouTube channels, I've been able to travel to all over the world, like Barcelona. Like right now I'm in Colombia, buy my dream watch, hang out with my family and you know, like actually being able to enjoy and spend personal time with them. Gone to this was in Belgium. I went to Tomorrowland when paragliding. Stood on top of Lamborghinis. Went to different EDM festivals, Paris. I even bought my dream car, dream cars, house, everything all through YouTube automation. So if you guys want more information on how to build this stuff, like I said, I'm not going to make a three hour training but it's something. Follow me on Twitter. There's some great content in there. I'm posting very, very frequently, all sorts of threads. Like I said, if you want to go to my highlights, there's lots of content there. And then can I put become viral on YouTube is a great resource as well. I've interviewed some of my top students, some great substance and info on there. And then if you guys are a serious action taker, if you want my team to do this with you can go to learnyoutube.com just learnyoutube.com we do turn down 87% of people just because we all want people that have the financial resources to be able to do this and you know, because we're going to be allocating our time to like working with you. And then also, you know, we want people with the right intentions working into this. And then also we want to work with people that are actually going to be successful. Nothing I hate more than someone that gives me 20 grand or something like that and they never do anything with it. So they don't like show up and they give up and stuff like that. So we turned down a lot of people. It's not about the money guys. It's. It's purely just about like, you know, it is a little Bit about the money, but it's more just like, you know, we want to make sure that, like, we're actually helping people get results and having success and taking action. So if you're someone that actually like is serious about this, wants to have financial freedom, definitely go to learnyoutube.com so anyways, that's what I got. My name is Evan Canup. Hope you guys enjoy this training. Make sure to like my posts, follow me on Twitter and see you guys all soon. Cheers. Happy New Year's by the way. Happy 2024. Lots of success and wishing many blessings for you all and cheers guys. Bye. See if there's a better way. Yeah, just send me initialist and then we'll just do that and then. Okay. So once you have the initials, you want to go find the top and model the top video, the niche you want to emulate and don't steal. So just as a quick example, like I said, once you have the niche list, you can just go to any one of these channels, just, you know, click on one of them and you can see what's working inside the niche pretty quick. You can see like, okay, terrifying last moments. CODY R. But anyways, as an example, creepy things that were not considered normal 100 years ago, you could do creepy things that were normal in Ottoman Empire, creepy things that were normal for Vikings. So very simple. You can plug in a ton of ideas. Dozens of ideas have been able to been created off this one content strategy. So second, what you want to do is hire a production team. So if you remember before I showed you all the different production processes, we're going to group it up real quick. So these two I would kind of keep to yourself, like keep doing. You can eventually kind of delegate these parts, but they are the highest leverage out of all this. If you understand Pareto's principle, the 8020 rule, you know, this is the 20% of the work that gets 80% of the results more so this part and then this. So just kind of know makes sense. Easy. You can it. It. It helps with quality control. So anyways, what you want to do is so for the research, script, funny videos and images, you can hire a script writer to do that for you. For the voice actor, you can obviously voice acting. You can hire a voice actor that was pretty straightforward. And then for the video editor, they can do the same thing. They can go find the videos and images as a script writer. Kind of helps when they both do it. So they can, you know, speed up the process and then they'll edit the video and then a lot of times they can make the thumbnail. If you want you can hire a thumbnail designer to make the thumbnail thumbnails for you. So here's where to find them. Upwork Fiverr Freelancer. These are great websites that I like also I've been using Twitter a lot to go find a bunch of video production freelancers. You can also find job boards, social media different like Facebook, LinkedIn et cetera, Instagram. You can also ask for referrals. You can go to forums. Also on my highlights on my Twitter I have a training somewhere inside of here or just like a thing at least where I broke down the different places that you can hire people. I don't remember where it's at. Let's see. Okay. Four bless. Yeah, here you go. Best places to hire freelancers. It's on my thing. Go check it out. I do a quick little breakdown.
