How to Make Millions with YouTube Automation in 20 minutes

Devin Canup walks through building faceless YouTube channels for passive income, covering niche selection, team building, and monetization. He shares his own success stories and the specific strategies that let him scale without appearing on camera.
You know what? I want to give away all the sauce and show you guys exactly how I made $2 million sound fair inside of this video. I'm going to give you guys an exact breakdown of what I did, how I was able to apply, and how you guys can leverage, I think, one of the greatest opportunities right now. And no, this isn't sales or high ticket sales. And no, this isn't starting an agency. And no, this isn't doing cold email and no, this isn't doing like TikTok shops or any of that stuff. So. Or drop shipping or affiliate marketing or any of that. So. So I'm going to jump inside of my computer and let's jump into it. So like I said, Goldman Sachs is saying the creator economy could approach half a trillion dollars by 2027. And you know, in this training, I'll be breaking down the exact strategies that I've been using to get results like the ones that I'm showing on screen. I've got way more results. These were just some quick ones that I grabbed real quick. And I've also helped hundreds of other people achieve results just like this. As you can see, Z hit 25k in a month following this exact method that I'm gonna talk about over here. Another one, 100k after only 12 videos. 1k in the first month. I'm trying not to cover up too much with my camera here. Let's see if we can fix it. Okay, let's fix this real quick. So you guys. All right. Make myself even smaller. Okay, so here's another one. Kai made 6.5k in two months with the brand deal. I have way more screenshots. These are just some off the top. 45k, 90 days, 100k. But anyways. And this is becoming a creator without becoming an influencer. Giving up your safety, let alone being on camera, knowing how to edit videos, having to sell your soul, or, you know, any of the degeneracy that kind of comes with becoming a social media creator and being on camera and just doing some bullshit TikTok dances or whatever inside of here. I'm going to go and break down everything. And like I said at the beginning, no, this isn't drop shipping, affiliate marketing, Amazon, fba, selling theme pages, become an influencer, make courses and selling them. This isn't cold email. This isn't building an agency. This isn't, you know, any of the typical stuff that you typically like that you normally see. What this is, is as close to passive as passive income. You can get leveraging YouTube, this world's second largest website. It's great for beginners, a huge income potential, you can diversify and creating a sellable asset. And so what we're going to be talking about inside of here is called faceless YouTube channels. It's being a YouTuber without being a YouTuber and all the headaches that come with it typically. And I'm going to talk about inside of here how to make 10k a month with the faceless YouTube channel in 2024 and beyond. And like I just showed you, you know, you can make way more than 10k a month with this. I have many students that are making anywhere from like 20,000 to $80,000 a month. And then there's a lot of YouTube channels out there that I've seen that are making anywhere from you know, a hundred thousand to even, you know, half a million a month with what I'm going to talk about. And you can make even more if you add additional ways of monetizing inside of here. So quick disclaimer. There's no such thing as effortless earnings. I will be showing you results. Watch a training like this and in no way does that mean you'll be able to have success. This does take dedicated work and financial investment to get results like the ones I'll be showing. And then also this video is entirely based on reality and things that have actually happened. No made up bullshit info. And this is a quick training. It typically takes me hours to go through this. So I'm you know, kind of condensing this for you guys. If you guys want more, I'm going to talk about how you guys can get more in a sec. So anyways, who am I? My name is Devin Gnup, I'm founder of Become Viral. I've ran over 40 faceless YouTube channels, I think over 50 now. Started YouTube in 2018. I've made over $2 million from YouTube, have a run rate of 5 million a year with my business. Currently with my businesses combined, I have a couple of personal brand channels, real estate, university, my Devin CanUp1, you guys may have seen them. And with that being said as well, some channels that I've owned and worked with students, mine consulted just kind of showing you guys some just real quick. And so personal brands that I've helped on YouTube. Here's some more as well. You might know some of the people they see on screen here. And so what are faceless YouTube channels exactly? They're YouTube channels that you run without being on camera. So a typical YouTube production process looks like this, come up with an idea. You research the video, you script the video, you record the video, you edit the video, you make the thumbnail and you upload. And so with faceless YouTube channels, you're not doing any of that. Instead, you're taking all of these different aspects and you're out. You're delegating it over to other people. You know, you're hiring voice actors, you're finding other videos online and images and turning it into a concept that's able to, like, you're turning it. You're removing the face from being on camera. You're using videos and images and, you know, animations that you can create and drawings and stuff to demonstrate and articulate what the concept is that you're talking about. And because you don't have to be on camera, you can outsource everything. So each of the different aspects, you can go and actually go and hire everything on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr and Freelancer and use softwares like Trello or Asana or different project managers to manage all this. I've even seen people do it with pen and pa. What type of videos do we create? We build and work with channels in all sorts of industries. You know, examples, fitness, engineering, history, space logistics, architecture, psychology, business. In a minute, I'm going to give you guys a bunch of niches that you guys can choose from. And like I said, this is a massively growing industry. As Goldman Sachs said, the. The creator economy could approach half a trillion dollars by 2027. And so on the right is these are some of the examples of the videos. And I'll move myself out of the way. You can see, like there's, you know, some different examples of some of these channels. You've probably seen some of these videos before. So what we're going to show you guys is, you know, how that all works. So how do YouTube channels make money? Because obviously this matters. Like, how does this actually work? How do I make money from this? I kind of get the idea a little bit, but how do you. How do I make money? So if you guys watch these channels, you see they all have ads on it. Let me see if I can pull up a video real quick just to kind of really nail the point. And down. Okay, so let's say I did. Okay, so I got this video right here. I just clicked on the random video on YouTube. So like, you just click on some random video on YouTube and, you know, click on this one. Okay, well, anyways, typically there's an ad that plays right at the beginning, I pay for YouTube Premium because I'm not poor. And with YouTube Premium, I just straight up don't get ads on there. And so I that also me watching a video. The creator that made this video also got like a percentage of the ad revenue because I watched the video and I'm paying for their subscription. But typically you'll see an ad. Any ad that gets shown, they'll get shown over to like any of the revenue screenshots you've seen inside of here. That's typically how people will make money from this opportunity. The creator makes ads. So, like, you come up with the video ideas, you generate the video ideas, you get views, ads play on the video, or, you know, YouTube Premium, and you'll make typically anywhere from four to eight dollars per thousand views. And so, you know, if you do the math, if you get a thousand views, typically if you have a $4 RPM, basically it just means $4 per thousand views. So if you get a thousand views, you make $4. If you get 100,000 views, you make $400. If you get a million views, you make 4,000, 10 million views, you'll make $40,000. And so this is, you know, kind of essentially how it all works. And so like, this is one video that I posted on YouTube. It's pretty cool. It posted, it got 5.5 million views and it got 22. It made $22,000 on the one single video. So if you do the math, I think it's like a $5, $6 per minute that it had. $4. Yeah, four. Sorry. You don't have to be good math to make money with this. So what I'm talking about is how to create your vision. And no, I don't mean just like, you know, some woo woo, like, or like some, like, hey, like this is a, you know, vision. I mean, like your vision. So here's the process. Vision. V for venture, I for imagine, S for synergize, I for income, over optimize and for navigate your success. And maybe I should have bolded these so then it looked a little bit better. But that's okay. I just do this together. I want to give you guys some value. It's late. Been a long day. All right, so with that being said, niche selection, ideas, team building, starting monetization, process, optimize, navigate success. So let's jump into it. So first thing, venture or niche, you constantly, you want to do something that's constantly relevant. And you know, it's kind of hard to try, like capitalize on trends. As a beginner, you know, you might see, like, a submarine that sinks and explodes underwater or whatever. You know, oh, let's make a video on that. Or, or, you know, like John Cena's naked on stage at the, at the. Was it the. The Grammys or the Oscars or whatever it was for. And, you know, you can always try to make videos on that. But if you've never, you know, made YouTube, it's. It's kind of hard to compete. So I always recommend, at least for people getting started, definitely jump onto things that are evergreen. You know, I'll jump into what those look like on the next slide. As some examples, a good RPM. As we talked about RPMs before, you just want, like, higher financially qualified viewers. Like, as a bad example, if you did, like, cricket, which is like a huge sport in India, if you did cricket, you know, it's like you get a lot of Indian viewers and, you know, people from India typically make significantly less money than. Than like the United States or Canada or, you know, Europe. Europe or Australia or New Zealand, places like that. So, you know, you do want typically higher financially savvy viewers. I'll jump into some examples of that in a second. And then you also want to see other people are having success. And so here's some examples. Guys can feel free to screenshot. As you can see, you can do all sorts of stuff. I just brainstorm this in the span of two minutes. You can, you know, pretty much just about everything could probably turn into a niche. If you guys have questions on if something's a good niche, drop it in the comments of this video and I will let you guys know if it's a good niche or not. And so let's jump into the next step. You know, you want to come up with video ideas. I like using the Benz framework. This is a good one for educational kind of explainer concepts. Kind of like teaching the viewer how to kind of go and do something. I, you know, I like. This is a good concept. There's all sorts of different frameworks out there. Ultimately, you want to go find what's working, emulate it, and kind of turn it into your own formula. But let's use this one as an example. So let's take this video, for example. They made a ton of money and got 4 million views. You know, top 10 towns offering free land in the United States. Big, you know, it's. That's pretty big deal. You know, you can get free land in the United States. You know, that's a. That's a Big idea. You know, you want to. You want a big idea. So, you know, as we said, make a big make idea sound like they're bigger. Easy. Make it sound like it's easy to implement, easy to digest. New. Make it sound interesting and a new approach. Safe. Make it sound like it's coming from a credible source. So big, big idea. Wow. It's a pretty big idea. Easy. They made it seem like it was pretty like, you know, top 10 towns. There's 10 towns. There's 10 towns that offer free land. Well, if one of them doesn't work, there's nine others. That's. There's top 10. So that means there could be even more. Okay, new. You know, this, at the time, this was a pretty new idea. I've actually remade this video idea and I made a ton of money with it as well. So it just, it sounds new, it sounds exciting. I've used it for like, just in the world and in general too. It works internationally. Sometimes you can take like a great idea is like you can take a video that's like made for a certain country and you can make it international and sometimes that's a great idea. You know, like, it's a. That's. I've made a ton of money off doing that. Safe. You know, it just has a bunch, like, it just towns offering free land. It seems pretty legit. Like, you know, it. This isn't some like overhyped thing. It seems like pretty legit. It doesn't seem like this is in like frickin L A. You know, it doesn't seem like this is like, you know, Beverly Hills that you're getting free land. That'd be unrealistic, but it's like in the middle of nowhere. Okay, that seems kind of reasonable. How do I get free land? That sounds fun. Let's try to figure out how to do that. So next up, so you want to synergize or AKA team building or delegate. Just synergize. Float with the vision framework a little bit better. So I like to leverage both AI and freelancer. So as an example, or this is kind of like how to assemble your Avengers, you know, for the script, which is, you know, doing the research and writing down kind of like all the components. You can hire a script writer or leverage ChatGPT or, you know, there's a bunch out there. You could use Bard, or you could try using Grok, the Twitter one. I haven't really played with it, even though I pay for it, but yeah, so use a script voiceover. You Know, you could hire a voice actor or use 11 labs or I think there's like, also like well said labs. There's, there's a bunch of like softwares out there for voiceover to make like AI voiceovers. They sound really good. Just don't use the generic like Baseline 1. Just play with it, make it sound like a human. A good AI voice can sound better than like really bad voice actors with a crappy mic. So that one's, you know, definitely. Those are pretty solid video editing. You can use a video editor or you can use pictory or like scrap together a bunch of mid journey video like images. I found it best to just hire a video editor, to be honest, or just do it yourself. Like just using Google images and stuff. But yeah, and then thumbnail. Hire a thumbnail designer or mid Journey like or use mid journey to try to generate the images. Or you can use. Or use Canva. You know, you can typically do the thumbnail yourself. It's not too complicated. Synergize. Okay. So also typically a video cost, just break that down anywhere from 50 to 200. I have some channels where I pay 600. It just depends and what I'm trying to do. And the goal and the objective at that point depends on a lot of factors. Length, skill, niche, style list goes on. But you can get a Cheaper1 using AI and doing it all yourself. And so, you know, as a breakdown, as I was kind of breaking down the whole process earlier, idea, research, scripts, you know, kind of the whole video process here. Edit, video, thumbnail, upload. So to break this down, idea and upload, you should definitely do yourself. That's kind of hard to outsource. But the script editor can do all this. You know, find, find the videos, find the images, write the script, do the research. Voice actor, they just do their voice actor thing. And then for the video editor, they can find the videos and images as well. And they can also make the thumbnail sometimes or you can hire a thumbnail designer and then they can edit them video. So where to find them? Use upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, some of these different things, job boards, social media referrals, forums. I have a thread on Twitter as well. I think it's right. There's one that I did. I've done it a few times. Hiring people. Where is it? If you, if you go on my page, you can find it. I've done a thread before on how to hire people. So anyways, regardless, I'll kind of skip over that stuff. But yeah, those are the best Place, best places to do it. Okay, cool. So income and monetization. So all you need on YouTube to get monetized is a thousand subscribers and 4,000 hours of watch time. And as soon as you hit that, then you can start making your first hour online. So it goes over the five fifth step. Optimize. So what you want to do, you know, some tips to optimize. Double down on what's working. Find the videos that get the most views and make more of those over time, increasing your baseline. So if you're averaging a thousand views a day, you want to try to get, okay, I get to 2,000 views a day and 5,000. You know, I think most people, they try to go like, okay, how do I start making like $50,000 a month? That's a terrible idea. Doing it like, you know, don't do that. Instead, like, try to seek like, you know, constant elevation and increasing the baseline of as what your low is. Emulate and study the success of others. So I think this is like where 80% of your time should be. You know, if we were to apply Pareto's principle, I would put like 80% of your time into this category. And this one thing alone will, you know, be probably a majority of the success. It's like, you know, if you just leverage other, like good artists, create great artists, deal, you know, just like go and study what the hell is working, why it's working. You know, break it down. Like just if you watch it a lot and watch it in each of these different factors that we talked about up here with the, you know, the script, the, the video, the thumbnail, and how they break everything down, you'll get pretty good at things. So increasing the average view duration. So you kind of get better at that by making the videos more engaging, editing, editing embitter better, adding animations, you know, being a little bit more engaging, and then also making your thumbnails more clickable. So with that being said, last up, navigating success. So, you know, now that you have all this extra time and money after, you know, going and, you know, making a ton of money off the channel, what, what do you do now? So travel. You know, for me, as soon as I started making like 30, 30, $40,000 a month with this, I went to actually Bali, Indonesia with some people I met off the Internet and had a great time. Like, I just kind of fucked off for a lot a while. And then I bought my dream car. I bought my Lexus that I had. It was like an IS350 and then I bought. I think in this picture, I have it. Yeah, I got this like Mercedes right here. That's pretty cool. And then, you know, live in your dream house. Buy your dream house. You know, I live in a beautiful two million dollar house right now. Looking at moving to another house. And then also do cool shit. You know, I've gone and done all sorts of stuff. Gone paragliding and gone to Belgium. I just went to Colombia, actually. I didn't put those pictures in here. Paris, I just went to Colombia for a month. Just everyone asked me why, and I just. I just decided to go to Columbia with the few of my friends because I could. And then take care of your family. Buy them house or, you know, you know, just help them, help them out sometimes. Sometimes I'll just treat them to dinner. I'll. I haven't bought them a house yet is one of my goals. But sometimes I'll just go and I'll, you know, buy some really nice steaks and cook them for them. You know, I'll do stuff like that. Buy them groceries and stuff and buy them cool gifts and so. And Christmases, I always enjoy Christmas. Christmas is great. Now that I have money, it's cool. And then also, you know, catch up on those Netflix shows. I'll be honest, there's a period of time where I just did jack shit. I just watched a ton of Netflix and enjoyed my life and it was cool. It wasn't something I decided I wanted to do for the rest of my life, but it's kind of nice to not have that pressure of life anymore because I was making a ton of money, you know, it really changed my life. I grew up in a small farm town in the middle of nowhere, like ultimately. And you know, this is a picture of the actual house that I. That I lived in it for a little bit. It wasn't the only house I lived in. I moved 20 times by the age of 20. But, you know, I should not be where I'm at. I should not be the person where I'm at. You know, I was a total freaking. Just like weirdo loser, to be honest. You can see this picture here. I look pretty freaking awkward now. Like I said, I've traveled all over, bought watches and, you know, this is like a $17,000 watch that I bought me and my dad up in Breckenridge. That's kind of an older picture, but, you know, this is a good representation. Me and my dad try to hang out and do cool stuff all the time. It's cool. You Know, I went to Belgium with a bunch of friends, went to Tomorrowland if you ever heard of it. It's one of the biggest EDM music festivals in the world. And then Paris rented Lamborghinis. More festivals. This is just scratching the surface, but it does it justice. So anyways, how to get more content like this? Follow me on twitter@devon cnp and then also can up of become borrowed on YouTube. Just look up this canup of become viral and it'll pop up if you just type in can up. I think it should come up.
