making $300k a month in my 20's

A young entrepreneur shares what it's actually like making $300k a month in your twenties. He talks about the freedom it brings, the isolation that comes with it, and why conviction and execution matter more than anything else.
Possibilities, but you have a ton of money is you could just pick up and go anywhere that you want to go. Like, if I'm tired of this beautiful weather in California and I want to go enjoy beautiful weather in some other place, Puerto Rico or Spain or Portugal, I can literally just get on a flight, pack on my things and go. I work on a laptop so I don't have to ever be anywhere. It's kind of a weird sense of like, lacking belonging to. In a small community. And so you have to, like. I really had to strive to find small communities that had the same lifestyle as my own and getting good at that concept of like connecting with people without physically being in person and maintaining relationships and maintaining connections all over the world. It's. It's a very foreign. It was a very foreign concept because I always grew up in like a small town. You just only would ever meet people, whatever in person. I would like it just naturally you go to school or you go show up to class or whatever, and you would make friends. But it's like, it's like making these connections and connecting with people over the Internet all over the world. And then so it's like, like I. I flew to Miami for like 20 hours, 24 hours. I got lunch with a friend and then hung out with them for, whatever, a couple hours, and then enjoyed my day in Brickell, got on a plane and then went to the next city. It's such a. It's such a. A mind twist because it's like you. Part of you kind of sees all these people living this normal life, and for a period of time, it's like kind of feel isolated because you're like, oh, do I need to work with people? You know, and I need to go get a job or a career or something like that so then I can make friends. But it's like in that period of time when you're not working with anybody, you're kind of making some money, you have the freedom, kind of do whatever. It gets kind of weird, you know, it's like you're kind of. You're a product of your own thought thoughts and your own, like, what you want to do with that time. But then once I started working with people, it got a lot different because then I'm just on meetings and calls all day a lot of times, and a lot of times I just don't want to talk to people because I'm talking to people all day. And so I'm talking to you guys all day. I'm reading you guys comments Replying that, replying to messages, getting stupid amount of messages all the time. A lot of times it's just like, I just want to be to myself. It just might enjoy my own time or enjoy time with like friends and. Yeah, I don't know. I. I know I'm ignorant to a lot of things. It's a. Chose ignorance, though, of getting to this point. I chose ignorance in a lot of ways. And not really, like, I don't know, I'm kind of the type of person where it's like, I don't like rules. And I feel like that's a lot of what got me to where I am of just not liking rules and not like trying to find the ways of like, where do rules not matter and where do rules actually matter? And you kind of have to like, define your own rules. You have to like, you have to figure out what are your ethics and what are your values. But then at the same time, it's like, what, it's all the garbage or all the BS that doesn't even matter. Like the concept of, you know, it's like James Bond doesn't find parking. If I'm driving my supercar, I'm not gonna go find parking. If there's a parking spot right here that's not obstructing anybody's ability to drive, I'll go park there. Like today I went into like the cigar shop, picked up some cigars, and I just, you know, you just park wherever because what's the worst that's going to happen? You're gonna get a parking ticket, you're gonna get your car towed. It's okay. You just go drive your other car and have your assistant pick it up or just go pick it up when it's convenient. I remember one time, it's kind of stupid, but one time I had my car get towed. And so I ended up just renting a Lamborghini for the week and just had a Lamborghini. I was just driving around every single day. And then. And then when it was convenient to go pick up my car, I went and picked up my car. I could have picked it up like the next day or whatever, but I didn't want to. I didn't really need to pick it up. I just rented another car. And then when it was convenient to go pick it up, I picked it up. Or sometimes I'll just have friends do that. Like, I remember I had this like, in person assistant. I would just have them, like, go take my car to get the oil change or whatever, go do these things for me, just have them go take care of that. Or a lot of times you can just have these companies like you can just call a tow truck company and just have them pick up your car so you don't have to go worry about it because it's just not worth the time to go do that. And it's really weird because you don't really feel like. Like everywhere I go to dinner, I'm always typically the youngest person in there and I don't feel lonely at all. They always say it's like lonely at the top. If anything, honestly, I have like way more friends the more money I make because it's. Everything is way more accessible. I have way more connections. I have way more people I can meet up and eat lunch with or enjoy. And a lot of times it's like I choose to, to be in isolation a lot of times because it's just like I just want to get work done and just like just do my own thing. A lot of times, not all the time, you know, it's like 20 of the time. I do want to hang out with people, but I'm a little bit more introverted, you know. So trying to think what else to unpack for you guys in this video because it is a weird concept, you know, because just like 40 years ago, this wasn't the norm. It wasn't normal for just anybody to get rich and just make millions of dollars. It wasn't Even normal like 20 years ago, maybe about 20 years ago is when it just kind of started happening, you know, with the invention of the Internet and stuff like that. But most of it was probably like 15 years ago, 12 years ago, where you started seeing young people making a ton of money. The amount of 16 year olds I know that are making like hundreds of thousands of dollars a month is wild. It's. There was never an era or a time period where it was so possible unless you had like a family owned business or you were born into money for you to have that. But nowadays anybody can do it and it's just really weird. It's cool. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I'd much rather have this life than any other life. And I have to, I have to like choose to count my, my blessings and find all the things that I am grateful for and realizing like the beautiful place that I am in. And it's kind of nice, you know, if like some days I wake up kind of feeling sad or I had a weird dream or a nightmare or something like that. And I wake up, you just go walk outside, jump in the pool, take a swim, go jump in my supercar, go grab coffee and a smoothie, pay, like, whatever, $20 for a smoothie. Have the fricking best smoothie of my life. Things feel good and the weather's beautiful outside. Get to have fun just driving around. And then I go work on my computer. Like. Like this life is so good. And it's just like the. The little luxuries that you get in life make all the difference. There was definitely like a big period of, like, insecurity that I had for sure where I saw these people that had this lifestyle. And I was just like, I was envious of it. I was like, that's all I really ever wanted. I'd see that person on that supercar and I would never think that that person specifically is cool. It's just I saw myself in that car and being that person and living that life and being able to enjoy those things and indulge in those things. That's all I ever really wanted. And then now that I live it, it's beautiful. I really do enjoy it. It's like, you stop worrying about these things that most people worry about in life and you're able to, like, fully enjoy life at a certain point. Now, getting to this point, there's a lot of things I didn't understand. I would say that was kind of like the biggest, kind of like, trade off that I had was like, I didn't understand people's lives. I had to, like, go seek understanding. I had to seek understanding how people operate and how people function. But then I still had to, in a way, install like a little bit of, like a slight ignorance in my life because I didn't want to end up like a lot of these people. I had to go seek people that had the lifestyle that I wanted. And choosing to be like them and choosing to, like, I have to kind of. You have to really kind of shut your brain off. Not shut your brain off, but be very selective in listening to your average person. And then anybody that is where I want to be or where you want to be, you just need to shut up, have humility, listen, have no ego, and do whatever the hell they say they do, especially if they're living that life that you want. And I had to realize that I don't know everything. And what I will say here, I'll give you guys kind of like the, you know, for the people that watch through this video that aren't the haters in the comments, you'll see these people getting all pissed off. Dude, I can't believe you smoked a cigar. Like for starting the video and wasting my time or some. But this thing's like running out p last plus in it. So what I learned in this whole process is you can do whatever you want to do. Not really. Like, I don't know, I'm kind of the type of person where it's like I don't like rules and I feel like that's a lot of what got me to where I am of just not liking rules and not like trying to find the ways of like where do rules not matter and where do rules actually matter? Dude, I can't believe you smoked a cigar. Like for starting the video and wasting my time or some. But this thing's like running out P last plus in it. So what I learned in this whole process is you can do whatever you want to do. Biggest piece of advice I learned is just have a big vision out of anything. Have a big vision or else you'll succumb to the vision of somebody else's. Someone else has a bigger vision than yours. They're not going to work for you. Or when you're weak and when you're vulnerable, it's easy to fall in line with somebody else's vision. And so you have to have conviction in your vision and knowing that what you're doing is the right thing. And what you need is somebody that is that you respect to tell you that you are going the right direction. That is a huge key there is find somebody that you respect to tell you you're going in the right decision and you're going the right direction. That you're making the right choices and you think about the things the right way. Because with the. When it comes to your own, like when it comes to yourself, if you're not convicted in what you are doing, it leaves you in a vulnerable place. And so you just, you need to kind of have this like stupid dumb amounts of just like conviction of what you're doing in the direction that you're going. And you need some confirmations in your life that you are going the right, the right direction. These confirmations in life come from watching my videos. They come from watching the videos of, of other people that are successful. Comes from doing the work. It comes from the community. Like one of the best things I would say is go create a community of other people that are trying to do what you're doing. Cuz then what they will do is they will, they, they can relate to you and they can at least kind of give you a little bit more. They can help re reaffirm what you're trying to do and that it's all possible. All of this is possible if you choose so to believe it. Most people are broke because they want to be broke. They're not going to actively say I want to be broke. And that's going to piss people off that are broke. I have access to the same exact knowledge, the same exact information as you. I watch the same YouTube videos, I watch the same Alex Mose videos, I watch the same Alex Becker videos. I watch the same videos that every like that you have access to. The difference is I take action on that information. I take action quickly. It Makes me a ton of money watching those videos. I connect with people in the same exact comment section that you guys have access to. I reach out to these people that are making these videos. They don't respond to me too, sometimes, but I have access to everything that you have access to. The difference is the execution. The difference is what you were doing with that information. Making $300,000 a month is really weird. It feels relieving also. It's like the biggest sigh of relief. You just wake up and you're like, I don't have to worry about payroll. I don't have to worry about bills. And you get to really enjoy life. Life starts to become really fun at that. For the dreamers, for the visionaries, for the people that know that there is more out there. I'm rooting for you because it is possible. It may feel hard, it may feel impossible. Probably have months where you feel like a lunatic. But it's the crazy lunatics that are the ones that figure it out and the ones that have different opportunities and all the ones that break free. That's what I got. See you guys in the next one.
