Trying to get rich in 2024? Don't start a business

A creator shares why starting a traditional business isn't the fastest path to wealth in 2024. Instead, develop skills through mentorship, then build simple income streams like faceless YouTube channels that require minimal startup costs.
Trying to get rich in 2024. And I didn't have my business, I didn't have my name, I didn't have my social media followers or any of that. Now, starting over from ground zero, this is exactly what I would do. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you, like, why I'm qualified to do this. I'm going to show you, like a bunch of people that I've helped do this, and then I'm going to show you some of my results and then we're going to jump into, like, what the strategy is inside of here. So this is a channel that I have inside of my business. It's called Client Wins. And these are basically just a bunch of people that have had all sorts of different wins inside of my business, where people are getting monetized, people are having videos that are going viral, people have, you know, are getting to where, you know, they are making some serious money with their YouTube channels. And just it goes on and on and on and on and on and on of all these ones that we were having. And then I will show you guys. Let's see if I can show it in a way where it doesn't reveal too much. This is One of my YouTube channels that I have that has done $730,000 in on it. And I have a bunch more, but it was just easier to show that one. And here's one of my other businesses that's done just over a million dollars and you can see like the timeframe there in about 12 months. So with that being said, I've done over $3 million in just the past, like four or five years. And I have helped hundreds of people make money online, generate an income, and quit their jobs. So I feel like I'm extremely qualified to talk about this. And I'm probably can help you better than your financial advisor can or anybody else out there. So the first thing that I've learned when it comes to getting rich is that it is 100% a skill issue, not a luck issue. Typically, most people that are not able to get rich is because they do not have the skill sets. They do not have the mindset, they do not have the ability to get rich. And skill sets are what has allowed me to get to this point. And what simply I do is I give people skill sets and I create a community and I give them the resources to have this and develop the skill sets, or at least take my skill sets and use them until they develop their own skill sets and to build their own foundation. And so what I will say is any business out there that you see or any model of making money, it all works. But I will say a lot of the gurus have it asked backwards. A lot of them are talking about you want to build an agency, you want to get all these clients and reach out to all these people. They talk about how you want to do e commerce and buy all this inventory, or you need to do a TikTok shop and make TikToks and all these different business models out there, they have it asked backwards. What you need to have in 2024 is something that is not only a proven model, that there is people having success, but you want to pick something that works for your resources and is easy to get into it. So you want to do something that doesn't require building a full business where you don't need a full accounting system, where you don't need to set up payment processors, where you don't need to develop like fulfill a product, where you just can focus on one aspect of the entire built belt of typically what's making a business. And then as you start making money and you're able to quit your job and you're able to put more time into this and as you develop your skills, then you can start building out an actual business. Because right now we don't want to start a business. We want to do something that's able to generate us income now by just leveraging skill sets. And then once that's consistent, once that's going and once that builds a foundation, then we're able to stack on some of these other aspects of business if we want to go make more money. So when we're making our first five, ten grand a month, we we just wants to do something simple. And that's why I recommend people to build faceless YouTube channels. And the reason being or just YouTube channels and to do with the faceless strategy is because when you build a normal business you have to do this. You have to get traffic, you have to get attention from customers, you have to have a system to convert those in people into customers. And then you have to fulfill the customers. Each of these requires lots of work. And then you have to have all the administrative work with it as well versus when it comes to a YouTube channel, you just have to get attention. And as soon as you start getting attention, you are able to make money. Because how YouTube works is they already have the ad system set up. You don't have to worry about building a business. You don't have to even necessarily be all that smart to come up with video ideas because it's already kind of pre built and you just have to, you just have to find a gap in the market, which is pretty easy these days, just with the sheer amounts of volume of people that are on YouTube these days. And you can get to where you're making money and get to where you're making five, ten grand a month pretty quickly. Just like some of the other people inside of my, like some of the students I have, like there's a girl named Tiana, she works full time job and she was able to get to making $17,000 last month. Another person, Ray, she's never watched YouTube ever before in her life and she got to where she is making five, 10 grand a month and she's never done YouTube before. And she's an executive at a company and has had no experience or no history working with YouTube. She just was persistent and just did what we told her to do. And that's because she had to build a business, you know, to do all these crazy things. So what you need to look for is something that is easy, has a low barrier of entry and that it's proven. What I will say the common mistake that I see in most people that are trying to get rich is they try to do something new or something fancy or something special. You know, like they look at let's say all these trees and all these leaves and they're just like, oh, you know, green is cool but it's not the best esthetic. So let's do orange leaf. So what we're going to do is we're going to create a leaf painting service and we're going to go paint everybody's leaves at their trees and they're going to try to do something new or fancy or something that hasn't like, hasn't been done before. And while that might be a huge business opportunity, it's going to be extremely expensive. You have to recreate the wheel, you have to develop this whole new processes, all these new systems that aren't already out there. You kind of have to develop this whole new thing and this new machine, which means it's going to take, it's going to cost a lot. It's going to be really expensive to get going. It's going to require lots of resources that you don't have. And then you're also learning how to build a business on top of it. So what you want to do is you want to do something that's like already proven. You can just cut and paste what is already out there and what's already working. And then you can just plug yourself into the equation. And then as you start to get results, then you can start to broaden your skill sets. And then once you develop all these skill sets, once you're already making 30,000, $50,000 a month, once you already have extremely consistent income, then you can go start doing these other business models. Because, because now you have something that's already making money, you've already developed these skill sets now. And then, now you can go and do something bigger. And now that you have the funds and the resources to do something bigger, like I did with building then like an info product or I've done newsletters or selling affiliate, affiliate products or doing brand deals on my videos or doing, you know, any of these ways of making money and launching merch stores, then it was easy because I already had the traffic source, already had the skill sets and it was stacking on top of it. And it wasn't like I had to work backwards because once you have the traffic now you have the traffic now you can stack on these things. Instead of what a lot of people do is they go build this product and then they have to go get the traffic, and then they have to, once they get the traffic, then they have to adjust the product to what it is that the market wants. And you're constantly playing the cycle. And that's a fun, that's a game that you can play to make millions of dollars. But when you're getting started, you just need to make five to ten grand a month as soon as possible. And so what I would do if I was trying to get rich in 2024 and if I was working a job is I would set aside a budget every single month to invest into, into building this business or into building the things. If you're watching this video and you have no money or anything like that, go get a job, go go into upwork on a fiverr, go on to Uber Eats or go somewhere and apply and get a job or try to get some clients to pay you, go do that. Like if you have no income whatsoever, go do that. I think that's what you need to do to get a consistent income stream. And then let's say you're at the income stream part, you already have a 9 to 5 job that's paying you pretty well, or you know, you have freelance work that you're doing now. What I would start doing is I would set aside $500 a month, a thousand dollars a month, two grand a month, five grand a month, whatever you can comfortably set aside every single month, even if it's 200amonth. And I would invest that into either A, learning new skill sets or B, I would invest that into my business and to building things. So if I'm going the business YouTube channel route, then I would invest into production and I would try to put out four videos a month and I would just try to do that for the span of six months or a year. Now that's a long time horizon. Yes, but I would rather have a long time horizon and think it's going to take a lot longer and get results significantly faster and be a lot more realistic with my expectations and blown away with the results instead of it not working out after like two weeks and then giving up and then never giving myself the shot. Because the only way to really fail in this world is that you give up. And the way that you fail when it over the long run is simply a skill issue. And because you don't develop the skills and you don't learn from the things that you're doing and, and you don't apply yourself and you aren't constantly looking for new approaches and new ways of doing things because if you test one thing every single day, you test a new hook in your videos, you test a new music style in your videos, you, you test new fonts, you test new designs of thumbnails, you test new research processes when it comes to making videos. If you do that over the span of an entire year, you now have 365 variables that you have tested, that you now have in your tool suite and your inventory and your experience to apply to this next thing that you're doing. You've tried all these things out, you know what works, what doesn't work, and you're that much more effective. You're 365 times more effective than you were before. And so that's why either you could go that route and test everything out yourself, or what I would do is I would go find somebody that's already been where I want to be, that's already done the things, that's already helped people just like me get to where I need to go. So then I can just have them tell me exactly what to do, have help me bypass all the failures and all of the successes and learning from them and their experience, and get custom tailored advice to what I am trying to do. That's what I would do. That's what I did when I first started making my first money myself. I got actually personally into real estate business. And I'm not saying you should go do real estate, because that has its own pros and cons. And knowing what I know now, I would definitely start a YouTube channel. But when I did that, I hired a mentor to help me out. I paid them. I think it was a good. It was like, a few months of my income. But as soon as I paid them in two, three months, I made like $8,000 in a single month. Because I just took the experiences and the lessons that they had and what they learned, and then I applied it to my business, and immediately I was able to make money. The same thing with YouTube. With that, I was able to. I just did it all myself. That one. I decided not to hire a mentor, and I did it all myself. And it took me about a year until I started making, like, two, three thousand dollars a month. It was a good amount of time. And then once I found that, then I actually ended up getting a mentor, or I started kind of, like, really consuming people's content. I applied it. I got to where I was starting to get some viral videos and started to see some massive success. And then I started hiring mentors to actually show me the ropes and how to actually do things. And honestly, that was one that I reflect on where I wish I hired a mentor sooner. So it would have saved me like, 12 months or 14 months. Because now a lot of the people that I help or that I show how to do things, they get results in the span of, like, a month that took me over, like, the 14 months to get. And I find that so impressive that, like, you know, that you can just bypass so much time. And so then, even now, to this day, I'm always investing money into all these different mentors, all these different people to show me what they did and the lessons that they learned from all their mentors and all these people that helped them out, and then also from all the failures that they had and all the experiences that they had. So then I can just bypass all those failures and then start applying it today. And so that's what I recommend for you. You can take the long route. You can try to go figure it all out yourself. And maybe you don't have that much money. You may have to just go do it all yourself or go buy cheap courses or whatever, but then as soon as you can go hire mentors. The thing that took me from 5,000, $10,000 a month to doing $300,000 in a month was just purely knowledge and mentors and having people that already had the proven systems, that already had the processes, and I just paid for their access to these processes and these systems and these experiences and their failures. And then I just applied it to my business and it's what allowed me to grow significantly. And now at this point, I spent over like 300 grand on coaching and mentorship and all that. And probably well over, I don't know, 600, $700,000 into myself just in different experiences and being around different people, you know, getting on flights and buying hotels just to go be in the vicinity of these different people or people that can help me out. I try to spend a lot of my money on that now, these days, so I can save tons of time, so I can save headaches, so I can save pain, so I can save suffering, and I can just bypass all that stuff to get to the result part significantly faster. So what I would do in 2024 is I would find something that's already work, something that's already helping other people get rich, and I would just go do that. And I wouldn't try to be creative, I wouldn't try to do something new. I wouldn't even try to come up with some new ideas that have never been done before. I would just go find what's already working and then I would just pivot it ever so slightly so then it makes it original. That's what I would do. And then everything else, I would model exactly what they're doing. Because if you think about it, especially in like the case of, in a business, there's like tens of thousands of variables that go into it. In a YouTube channel, there's like a thousand variables that go into it. There's like, you know, the fonts that you use, the titles, the, the color layout, the layout of the thumbnail, there's the hooks, there's the music that you use, there's the topics that you cover inside of the videos. It goes on and on and on and on and on. The pattern disrupts the sound effects. It goes on and on. And so what I would do instead of trying to figure all that stuff out is I would try to figure out how can I just. If it was like a UFO just crash landed on my backyard and I wanted to build a ufo, I would take it apart and rebuild it back together. I would reverse engineer what they're doing so then I can have the same exact success and build the same exact product like they did, so I can understand how they got to that conclusion, and I can get the similar results. I can build a similar ufo. And then now that I've built this ufo, now I can play with it, and I can kind of start designing my own UFO or my own technology now based off of this UFO that I redeveloped. So if you guys want to get rich in 2024, quit trying to be a genius, Quit trying to be creative, quit trying to be smart. Instead, just turn your brain off and just do what's already out there that's already proven so you can get to where you're making money. And then once you follow the actions and the activities that other people are using to have success, then you can start to create your own success and start being creative and start finding your own passion and your own way of doing things. And that's why, like, now my goal is to help 20,000 people make their first income online. And that mission fulfills me, and that fuels me. That wasn't like. That was something that I saw now that I got to this place, and now that I've gone to these results, now I'm able to take what I have, package it up, and help other people do the same, whether it be in free content, whether it be in, like, paid programs that I have where I like, you know, we have, like, coaches that literally hold people's hands to do the thing, or, you know, we go in and partner with businesses and different people like that. So I can just consistently keep helping people reach these greater heights and these greater levels. And that's what fuels me now at this point now, where I'm able to make hundreds of thousands of dollars a month. Now it's about, like, what's my passion, what's my purpose on this and doing that. So, you know, follow your passions and do what you love, but do all that stuff once you already make money and you've already gotten to that part, because now once you have all the time, once you have the 60 hours a week, once you have all of the time that you were putting into a job or into these other ways that were making money that was not able to really pay the bills or, you know, just getting you by or, you know, that really suck the soul out of you once you get your soul back, and once you get all your time back, then take all of that and then let's invest all of that time and resources and everything into building your true passion, your true purpose. Once you're finally already rich, now we can make you wealthy. So that's what I got. I appreciate you appreciate you all inside of these videos. Drop a comment, share this, and I'll see you all in the next one. Peace.
