Consumul de kefir poate scădea în mod natural glicemia. Iată ce am observat 👨🏼⚕️☝🏻

Video transcript of Mihail Pautov describing personal observations with a Dexcom One Plus CGM: after drinking a cup of kefir before sleep (around 9–10 PM) his usual overnight glucose (~94–95 mg/dL) fell by about 10 mg/dL to values in the low 80s (81–86 mg/dL). Morning readings after kefir showed a peak of 111 mg/dL and values around 100 mg/dL. He attributes the effect to kefir's lactic bacteria and yeast, mentions anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, gut-mucosa–repair, cardiovascular and neurocognitive benefits, and frames kefir as a food rather than a medicine.
