A short instructional gym transcript in which a coach guides a trainee through a chest workout. The coach recommends a brief cardio warm-up and shoulder mobility, then prescribes incline/bench press progressions using percentage-based warm-up sets (50%, then 70–75%) leading to a working set at an estimated 100 kg, with spotting and verbal encouragement to complete reps.

You're lifting weights, you're putting stress on the muscle. It's not used to. It's got to compensate. It's got to get a bit bigger and a bit stronger. So next time the stress won't be so much. It's okay. Let's go for a chest workout. You do a little warm up in a gym. Five minutes on a bike or across, just get your body temperature up. We might do some light movements just for the shoulders and surrounding areas. Okay, let's go to first exercise. Let's do incline pressure. What do you think you can do eight reps with your maximum? Maximum? Oh, I think I can bench press 100 kilos. So let's start with 50 kilos. Okay, warm up. Set. Easy. 50% of this estimated maximum. Yeah. Okay, you do one set, rest in it, minute and a half. We do another set now with around 70 to 75% of your projected. Okay, now we're going to take the 100 kilos and you're going to push and I'm going to shout and you're going to push. You're going to put. You're going to get to the point where you cannot, can't do anymore. Then I'm going to help you a little bit to complete that rep. And we say, Mika, come on. One more, one more. And you're going to again.
