Mucegaiul apare acolo unde există umiditate și aer stagnant☝🏻

In this Romanian-language video, Mihail Pautov explains that mold spores are present in every house and are initially neutral. For a mold spore to develop into a colony it requires two key elements: a food source—typically cellulose found in drywall, wallpaper, wood, and other building materials—and moisture, which can appear as condensation, vapor, or high humidity. When these conditions are met, spores germinate on the cellulose and form visible colonies, commonly seen on wallpaper, in bathrooms, or in silicone joints. As the mold grows, it releases mycotoxins into the air; fragments of these toxins become airborne and can be inhaled, leading to allergic reactions, morning cough, and other respiratory issues caused by spore fragments and dust‑mite proteins.
