What are those good things that we all have to do on the daily basis? The essentials are that all human beings need to be at least laying in bed for eight hours a night. Sleep is is a keystone and super critical behavior. We recommend people need to eat enough protein and enough fruits and vegetables every single day. As we've talked about length here, you've got to move your body a lot and often throughout the day. Again, our recommendation is through walking, but there's lots of ways to do that. As we've also discussed sit on the floor 30 minutes a day. And then other thing I think that gets lost and isn't necessarily prescribed in this book, but we are such fans of is that people need to go outside and play. You know, we're recommending that people always default to these basics and again, you can always add on fancy things on top of the basics, but that the default needs to be the basics. The basics work, you know, the fundamentals work and they work by just radical consistency. Like Kelly calls it bone crushing consistency. You know, if you do those five things I just mentioned with bone crushing consistency, you know you're going to go a long way towards playing offense versus playing defense. You won't be recognizable to your friends.
