Hello TRC Nation. In this video, I'm going to be talking about five things that restaurant owners need to do on a daily basis to manage their mindset. Now, being a restaurant owner, you know it can be tough and a lot of times things do not go according to plan. That's why it's important to manage your mindset. And here are five things that you can do to help with that. Number one Take breaks. I know as a restaurant owner it's so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of running a business and it could be hard to take time for yourself. Make sure that you're taking adequate breaks throughout the day to recharge your batteries so you can give more to your team and to your guests. Number two Practice positive self talk. It's so easy to let negative thoughts run rampant, but make sure you're actively paying attention to your self talk and replacing that negative thoughts with positive ones. Number three Set small achievable goals every day. Make sure you're focusing on.
