A short, motivational YouTube clip by Donald Burns arguing that treating chaos as "just part of the restaurant business" is a destructive mindset. He frames managers as either leaders or firefighters, warns unchecked chaos will "burn everything down,” and issues a direct call-to-action asking viewers to DM him the word “go” to solve their problems together.

The belief that chaos is just part of the restaurant business. It's not. That mindset keeps you spinning your wheel, stuck in the same cycle, and it's destroying your business and your life. You're either a leader or you're a firefighter. Choose one, because if you don't, the chaos will burn everything down to the ground. Now, I'm the one person who can solve this for you. DM me the word go right now, and let's put an end to this chaos together.
