Short motivational YouTube message by Donald Burns aimed at restaurant owners/managers arguing that accepting chaos as normal keeps them trapped. Burns contrasts being a leader with being a firefighter, warns chaos will destroy business and life, and issues a direct call-to-action to DM him the word 'go' to get help ending the chaos.

The belief that chaos is just part of the restaurant business. It's not. That mindset keeps you spinning your wheel, stuck in the same cycle, and it's destroying your business and your life. You're either a leader or you're a firefighter. Choose one, because if you don't, the chaos will burn everything down to the ground. Now, I'm the one person who can solve this for you. DM me the word go right now, and let's put an end to this chaos together.
