Toxic cultures attract toxic people. If you're honest, you most likely have at least one poor performer on your payroll. So why do you keep them? Not helping your brand? Stop being the nice person trying to hold on to an image that you are a good person for not letting them go. You are a good person if you allow them to leave and find happiness in the cult of average that 80% of restaurants live in.
