This excerpt is a short spoken segment from a YouTube video by Donald Burns about leading a business without sacrificing personal life. Burns frames true success as building a thriving business while maintaining personal and family well‑being, and ends with a direct call-to-action inviting viewers to join his online community, TRC Vault (therestaurantcoachvault.com).
You're not here to be enslaved by your restaurant. You're meant to be a leader. You're meant to be a visionary, not just a casualty of your own ambition. True success means that your business flourishes and thrives without ripping apart the fabric in every element of your life. So right now, I'm gonna give you a great opportunity. Right now, you can join my online community called TRC Vault. All you have to do is visit therestaurantcoachvault.com and join. Today, it's time to build a legacy that doesn't demand the sacrifice of your soul.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
