We've started. We actually have two new programs that we've introduced. It's called One's Builder, which takes the total framework that's in this book. And we teach you the step by step tactical elements of the total framework, which I tell you right now. I mean, I couldn't even come close to explaining all the total framework in a book because it would have been 2,000 pages. Because I mean, think about how long the calls are on Monday. They're like usually an hour and a half. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They're long. They're long calls. The Monday calls is the tactical one. And then the Tuesday call. We started implementing the first part of the book. It's called Reboot. And that's where we teach more of the psychology, the leadership. Just deep dive into the TRC method and stuff like that. But I made those courses because I found like, like, again, I've learned over the years. I write a book. People love the books. Your book was great. I loved the book. Got a lot of stuff out of it. And then I'll ask the one question, how did you apply it in your restaurant? And I get crickets. So I'm like, okay.
Because no one knows how to apply it. It's like that. You got to work on your business, not in it. Yeah, but how, but that's what you teach. You teach the how.
This is step by step now right here.
We all know. We all know we're going to have a better culture. We all know we're going to on board better. We all know. We know what we.
Behavioral view questions. I know I need to do my food cost. I know I need to do menu engineering. I know I need to market more consistently aggressively. And I need to use the 13 emotions of marketing.
Yep. How, you know?
Yeah.
And that's what, that's what your system teaches. The how. Right. We all know what we have to do. Right? It's not what we have to do.
That's.
That's obvious. You know what I mean? For me, you came into our life at the right time because we were ready for it.
