The recession is not going to kill anybody's restaurant, but your burnout will. The industry wants you to believe that you have to grind through the tough times and push harder when things get rough. But that burnout isn't just part of the job. It's a sign that something needs to change before it's too late. This recession, this slack in the economy, it won't be the thing that sinks your restaurant. It's your burnout that will actually kill you. Now, the TRC method has helped over 2900 independent restaurants in 23 countries build systems and teams that prevent burnout and help you thrive even through tough times. So if you're ready to stop burning out, start taking control of your restaurant, click the link below, and let's get started.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
