This is a YouTube video titled "Busy now. Regret later. #familyfirst #worklifebalance #growthmindset" created in July 2025. The content is a monologue or motivational message emphasizing the importance of spending time with children to avoid the gradual erosion of the parent-child relationship due to being too busy with work. It encourages viewers to take action to reconnect with their families.
You know when your kid runs up to you and says, hey, can you play ball with me? And then you reply, not now. I'm busy. Then suddenly, sadly, weeks, months, even years pass. They stop asking. That's exactly what happens when you're not involved in their life. Telling you it's not just one big blow. It's the slow erosion of a relationship because you're always too busy. You're working to give them everything but the one thing they want. You. I'm the one person who can help you break this cycle and reclaim your life and your family before it's too late. DM me the word go right now. Let's fix this so your kids don't just remember you as the parent who is always too busy and always at the restaurant.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
