I mean, change sucks. Here's the cold, hard truth. Change. And just the notion of change has us clinging to our comfort zones like a life raft in the middle of the ocean. No one, I mean, no one wakes up in the morning with a burning desire to have their world turned upside down. Change. It's kind of like the boogeyman lurking under our collective beds, whispering sweet nothings about uncertainty, discomfort, and. And the dreaded unknown. But here's the kicker. Avoiding change is like trying to hold back the tide with a broom. It's not just futile. I mean, it's actually laughable. Change is as inevitable as death and taxes and just as popular. Here's the thing. It can sneak up and scare the living out of you, leaving you to feel kind of unmoored, like you've suddenly lost control in the steering wheel of life. Change can feel like an unwelcome guest that just does not know when to leave, forcing you to adapt, to respond. And, let's be honest, freak out a little bit. Or maybe freak out a lot. It's no wonder that we kind of avoid change like the plague, doing our damnedest to maintain the status quo even when the status quo is as unsatisfying as stale bread. But what if. What if I told you there's another way to look at this whole change debacle? A while back, after one way too many rounds in the ring with the change Monster, I had an epiphany, A breakthrough. I decided to stop fighting change and start dancing with it instead. So I shifted my perspective and I realized something really, really powerful and something revolutionary. Change isn't really change. It's rearrangement. Think about that. Change isn't really change. It is actually rearrangement. It's not about the universe conspiring to basically kick your ass for fun. No, it's about moving things. It's about shifting things. It's about settling into new patterns. And believe it or not, these patterns actually could be better than old ones. It's about seeing the pieces of your life, your restaurant, your very self, fall into a new arrangement that opens up possibilities that you never dared to dream of. Now, once I wrapped my head around this kind of concept, something magical happened. I fell in love with the concept of change, no longer kind of thinking me as a villain. Instead, change became a catalyst. A catalyst for growth, a catalyst for innovation, and yes, even a catalyst for excitement. Embracing rearrangement was didn't mean I was losing control. It meant I was gaining a new perspective, discovering new paths and finding new Ways to thrive. Now, I'm not saying this is going to be easy, all right? Falling in love with change, I mean with rearrangement, requires a shift in mindset that can feel as daunting as change itself. But here's the thing. It is possible, and I will tell you from personal experience, it is powerful. It's about recognizing that you have the power to rearrange the pieces of your life, to rearrange the pieces of your business, to respond to change, to make them fit in a way that not only works, but actually excites you. So, to anyone out there feeling like change has them in a chokehold, remember this. You're not at the mercy of change. You're an active participant in the grand art of rearrangement. The pieces of your life, the pieces of your restaurant, your dreams, they're all out there. They're waiting for you to rearrange them into something breathtaking. So if you're ready to transform your relationship with change, to truly learn how to embrace rearrangement and to find the opportunities hidden within, then join me on my masterclass. All right?
