You need to understand that being a manager and getting results are two different things. Managers get results when they take control and they force their team to perform. When you take control and force your team to perform, you are getting the results of a manager. And when you become a leader, you allow your team to perform at their peak potential. When you do that, you're getting results like a leader. And leadership is always the answer.
