Short YouTube motivational/business video by Donald Burns advising entrepreneurs (specifically independent restaurant owners) that focusing only on money leads to emptiness, and that aligning operations with core values brings peace, purpose, and fulfillment. The speaker contrasts the "head" (profit-driven) with the "heart" (values-driven), warns against the endless grind, and promotes the TRC Vault — a membership offering access to courses from Restaurant Coach University and a community of independent restaurant owners.

You're out there every day, hustling, grinding, pushing for that next big win, chasing the money, the profits, the validation. But let me tell you something that you need to hear. The head chases the money, but the heart follows. God. Yes, your head is wired to think about the bottom line, the profit margins. It's essential. It keeps the doors open. But if you're only chasing the cash, if you're only focused on the financials, then guess what? You end up feeling empty. You might have the cash, but you're gonna lack the peace, the purpose, the fulfillment that comes from heart. So if you're tired of the endless grind and you're ready to align your restaurant's operations with your deeper values, your core values, then it's time to join TRC Vault. Inside the TRC Vault, you're going to gain access to some of my courses from my Restaurant Coach University. You can connect with other independent restaurant owners from around the world.
