I love seeing the team interactive. I see. I love seeing, like, when you do staff interviews or just, like, do staff spotlights, which is one of the things we encourage. The team just, they're very. I mean, you tell. They love their job. They love working there. They love. They love being part of something bigger than just having just a restaurant job. Server. No. I mean, they feel like they have a mission and driven. They're driven and they're really, really passionate.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
