So you guys travel a lot. What would you say is, like, the best meal you've ever had? Oh, that's gonna be a hard one. And you might. No, believe it or not, it. We talked about this, and we both agree. Okay. Two years ago, I think we went. So in Australia, we have an organization called Share Tables. Inventoria. Sorry, Invictoria. Right. And it's just. It's a bunch of 120 chefs and restaurateurs that get together once a month. We go to a different restaurant and that, but we also do these educational tour. And this year was Brisbane, the year before Perth and Western Australia. And then the year before that was Singapore. Right. So it was about two, two and a half years ago. I remember when you went to Singapore. I remember that was a great trip. Yeah. Basically we did. We're there for the trip was about five or six nights, and then we did seven Michelin stars. We went to two private clubs, and then one of the lunches, we went to. Rock. It's a rough life, Mark. That's a rough life, man. Yeah, it's tough. It's work. It's tough. It's work. It was work. Definitely was work, you know, and we went to a restaurant called Odette in Singapore. It's. It was on point. It was. It was just at a whole different level. You know what I mean? The food was amazing. It was a small restaurant, only seated 36 or 38 people. So obviously, when we do these trips, the numbers are camped to the smallest restaurant. So. But it was. It was pretty spectacular. We were so enamored by it. We even drank the glass of Sav Blanc that they offered. Yeah, but don't tell anyone, but it was. We'll delete that out of the podcast. So no one knows that you had that? Yeah.
