You got to have a vision for your team. You have to have a plan to get there. If you're not sure what to do with your team to get them to buy into the vision and the plan, it's never going to work. You're afraid to put a goal out in front of your team because you're afraid they're not going to reach that goal. Remember, when you become a manager, you must become a leader. You must hold your team accountable to a goal. You must be a coach and a mentor. You got to lead them by example. You must become the example of what you want your team to be.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
