Discover Your Strengths Now! #KnowYourStrengths #RestaurantMastery #Success" featuring Donald Burns discussing the importance of using behavioral assessment tools to identify personal strengths and improve restaurant management.
To get ahead of the competition, you must know exactly what your natural strengths are. For example, how do you lead naturally? What is your preferred communication style? How do you like to deal with stress? These are just a few of the questions that are answered when you use a behavioral assessment tool. So the first step to getting control of your restaurant is knowing your strengths. And the easiest way to do that is to use a behavioral assessment tool. Now, behavioral assessments, when appropriately administered, have a 96% accuracy rate. Seriously? You stop running around in circles when you know your strengths and start getting more done. So a behavioral assessment tool is a great way to build a dynamic team around you to help you accomplish all that you want to.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
