This is a YouTube video titled "Hope isn't a strategy. Change your mindset, change your results. #mindsetmatters #growthmindset" containing a discussion between two speakers about the importance of mindset in achieving different results, particularly in the context of restaurant owners and client experiences. The content was created in July 2025.
If you want different results, you gotta take different actions. Most restaurant owners are the definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. I hope it's busy. I hope we have some changes. We get this and that, and then what happens is it never happens.
You know, it's like a mindset issue. Like, I'm glad that you. You have all these mindset modules, because people don't even realize they have mindset issues at all. I think this is the number one thing just from. From all the clients that we have, that mindset is everybody's issue.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
