And one of the things I always preach in my, my coaching program is this how I coach you, is how you coach your team.
Yeah. And. And that's what we're really learning now. Is that how you do coaches, Donald, is how we do coach our team. And sometimes I say, now this is a question from Donald this week at the precept. Yeah. And they look.
Lesbians and everything. I'm very. I remember like you guys asked for. Yeah. So we have these wristbands. TRC says raise your standards. It's kind of our. Our slogan at the TRC kind of brand. And, and Mark and Ruth were like, you know, hey, can you send us some wristbands? You know, so we want to hand them out to our team. And they. You actually made like a. Like a celebration about it, right?
Yeah, absolutely. Like, we like a one on one with the staff appraiser.
And at the end of the staff appraisal, we said, this is a gift from Donald, you know, just to reinforce that what we're going through and that you got to wear it, it's part of your uniform.
