Donald Burns and a guest riff on warning labels for their mindsets. Speaker B says "Don't get in my way of my vision." Speaker A's wall sign reads "By my side or in my way." Both emphasize decisive boundary-setting and visionary thinking.
What would your warning label say?
My warning label?
Yeah.
Don't get in my way of my vision. Do not get away or my path.
I got a sign on my wall. It's right over there. You can't see it, but it says you. Either on my side. By my side or in way.
Yes, yes.
That would be like my warning label.
Exactly. You cut them off and you just keep going. That's it. There's no other way to do. Especially if you're a restaurant owner and you're. You have high stress. You cannot linger on things. You have to just cut them off and move on and keep going.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
