This is a YouTube video titled "I don't get paid to coach—I get paid to get results. #restaurantcoach #accountability" containing a motivational coaching talk recorded in July 2025. The speaker named Michael emphasizes accountability and the importance of achieving results rather than just coaching conversations, focusing on breaking bad habits and client commitment.
The number one thing we're doing is we're trying to fix your bad habit. Yes, your bad habits are depending on how much we got to work to turn you around, but.
We have accountability. Like we're gonna give you accountability if.
You'Re not gonna do the work. Michael and I both believe this with our heart. We don't want your money. I get paid for one reason. I get paid to get your results. That's exactly what I get paid for. We can have friendly conversation on our coaching call, but you understand one thing. I am here to do one thing to get you results, and I will do whatever I need to do to get that.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
