A short motivational YouTube monologue by Donald Burns advising restaurant owners that staying in a comfort zone ("if it feels safe") prevents growth. Burns frames control as an illusion and urges faster action, closing with a direct call-to-action to join his eight-week restaurant growth challenge.
If everything in your restaurant feels under control, you're just not going fast enough. You see, control is an illusion, a safety blanket for those who like to play it safe. But let's get clear. Playing it safe doesn't build empires, it doesn't break records, doesn't shoot you to the top of the game. So if you're ready to ignite your potential and see maybe just, just how far can you really go, then join my eight week restaurant growth challenge. I mean, the clock is ticking and it's time to speed up. Let's do this right.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
