Without assessing our foundation. It would be like trying to build a house without a solid foundation. It's kind of stupid. The bigger your brand, the more solid your foundation has to be. When I talk about people, product, process, people is the foundation. Without a solid team, without a solid culture, doesn't matter how great a menu is, doesn't matter how great our systems are. We're never going to have that house solid without having a really, really solid foundation.
